    Napolitan with chorizo, I was not expecting it. Here in Spain the most common way to prepare pasta is with minced pork or beef, chorizo and tomato sauce. It is Italian food adapted to spanish taste and children like it a lot. Just like the japanese napolitan.
    I discovered your channel two days ago and I already watched almost all the videos. I liked them a lot. ガンバーレ!

      Innovation is how dishes and cuisines all over the world developed and evolved. We wouldn't know various dishes that we now know if people in the past didn't have the creativity to innovate and try new things that sometimes came from another culture. I'm also often surprised by how people from another culture try to cook my culture's dishes but if it turns out to be delicious and they enjoy it, it's all that matters to me and I'm happy about it :)

      The origins of this pasta recipe was that a guy tried US army pasta rations in Japan's post-war rebuilding era, and got inspired to make a refined version of it. So, it wouldn't be fair to judge it like carbonara

    • @zanaros2606
      @zanaros2606 3 года назад +1

      I think if everything is stuck to the "Italian" way, then there will be no more creativity left for culinary inventions...other than to constantly uphold and praise only the "Italian" way forever and ever. This sounds like culinary dictatorship, lol.

    • @zanaros2606
      @zanaros2606 3 года назад +1

      To think about it, Dictators in real life always control how other people do things, and what subjective "right/wrongs" everyone else has to adopt as the absolute, "objective" truth. Maybe such things give human beings a sense of inner security, compensating for insecurity with subjectively created pride/superiority? But such methods always inhibit freedom.

    Very nice, I always use dashi but i dont have kombu I use chicken cube+salt+oyster sauce to make my stock and then use it step by step in all pasta dishes, usually i fry meat in a pan, then vegetables after removing meat then mushrooms, then deglaze it with stock and vinegar and combine all the stuff together with some cream makes an awesome dish. Gonna try this one for sure thnx.

    Usually spaghetti n.3 are too thin, here in italy we prefer different kind of pasta, apart from that and the chorizo (you could have done something with mincead meats or pancetta) it looks like a very tasty dish! Italy approves🇮🇹

      If you hadn't put ketchup you could have not needed cream.. fresh slightly burned tomatoes and butter would have made the plate less heavy and less acidic

    Why does my garlic paste explode and make pop sounds when I fry?

    • @CHEFSLABO
      @CHEFSLABO  3 года назад +4

      Hi Utsuro!!!
      That's because you used garlic paste.
      It's quite watery, that's why.
      Next time, use freshly minced garlic like Idid!!!
      You'll be alright then!!

    Asian, Spanish, Italian fusion all brought together with ketchup. Might be good when you are stoned with the munchies!

      Hi xrunrumbumm!!
      I highly recommend to use cream.
      Yogurt won't work as the same.
      Thank you for the comment!!😉

    Napolitan without tomatoes but with ketchup really hurt my feelings but seems good anyway haha.
