The sonata is fine. Schnabel plays like an ass in this one.

Yeah, the sonata is boring and Schnabel makes it extra boring by leaving out a bunch of crap.

Yea, have to say, pretty boring. Too many 3 vs. 2’s, and 6’s vs. 4’s....choppy rhythms to an almost comical effect. It’s like being on a boat in choppy waters!
