Hey! It's great to see you here again with your day-to-day routine. I started watching your 21/90 videos today, and I've been following you since your huge weight loss a few years ago and you've been a great motivation for me. I hope you find success on this new path. Good luck from Argentina.

I’m in tears. I’m so happy that you’re posting again Doug. The community really missed you and I’m so happy that you’re OK. Joey’s been gone now for over a year and my son Jacob is still in prison. Even though things are challenging, I’m trying to walk every couple days.

I have been getting up at 4 am for over 3 years. For almost 2 years, I've been doing 6 km of walking from 4 in the morning to almost 5. This is my time. While walking, I listen to podcasts on interesting topics. The rest of the time I study or read until 9 am. And it's great!

Mannn... your stuff from 8 years ago was so inspirational and has kept me on the path for so long. It taught me not to kid myself ... it helped take away all confusion and denial.
You know how to do this!
Look back at your success formula and eat, sleep, repeat.
Everything you did then applies now and you need no new ideas do exactly the same.
When you get down to where you need ... then think about new concepts.
I SO want you to succeed ... bc it helps me believe ANYONE can.

Hi doug nice to see you. You could be in perfect weight just with the right food and nuttition, even without exercise, a plan, time, projects, etc. I fight with my weight my entire live (40 years). 2 years ago I finally learn about nutrients and how the food work with the body and I dont need exercise, I am free finally. Best regards

Ethan Suplee (played Randy in My Name is Earl) has a great podcast about sustainable lifestyle changes called American Glutton. He has a lot of great insights on the psychology of patience and sustainability. It is the opposite of 100-day challenges, so I'd recommend it.

Pretty cool Doug. For some reason summer tends to set me back weight-wise. You'd think it would be the opposite. It's always interesting to hear your thought process and plan. I will try and do the same and kick my exercise regimen back into gear. If I get the nerve, I may post some videos for accountability. RUclips comments can. be pretty unforgiving, but I'm sure you become immune to the negative criticism after a while.

If you stop eating bread, rice and soda pop you are going to make it easier for you losing weight and getting healthier!
In other words: Low carb and high fat (butter, animal fat and olive oil).
Avoid all sugar and processed vegetable oils!
Then you don’t have to work so hard on your gym exercises and walks! But of course daily exercise is good for both body and mind! 😁👍

Hey Doug, you're doing great. Have you reached out to a group for support. This Vlogging your are doing only gives you feedback in the comments section which might not be 100% helpful for you. There's loads of guys with similar issues to you and collectively we could all contribute and work out the issue. I believe it's totally down to the food we eat and the booze we drink and this is coming from someone living in Scotland!
