For spacial awareness, I'd also recommend "Ao Ashi", another soccer anime, there are a few scenes where Ashito Aoi, the main character, is taught exercises in that regard and shown to practice it out of game, even though they usually don't all it "spacial awareness" specifically.

Great video! Another book I would read is The Alter Ego Effect by Todd Herman. The parallels it has with Blue Lock are actually insane. It's about building an alter ego, showing a side of yourself that you don't usually show, but in the appropriate context, just how Isagi is a normal good guy 99% of the time, but he's a demon on the field and calls Barou a retard. You could honestly make a whole video about that book.
