Time is set in the first few seconds of the video. Hold down Y/M button until the display flashes. Within about 5 seconds set the time with the Min and HR buttons.

I made the video to show the radio reception. I didn't know everyone wants to find out how to set the alarm and there's no manual. I don't have the radio anymore, so I can't find out how to set the clock/alarm. I would think that pressing and holding the alarm button would let you set it.
