I just come and dump them in the pot everyone asked me how long did it take you to clean those chitlins I told him what I need to leave now chilling I just put them in a pile and cooed them everyone just fell out on the floor. As you I found out, I have a stomach infection, thyroid problems, one butterfly removed and I have a enlarged heart which takes 150 milligram for the palpitation of the heart thyroid medicine. Let me tell you this aging is no joke but getting this far in life 65. I wouldn’t take none of it back because it’s a learning experience being young when I was I had fun I learned a lot I can tell younger people how to take care of their life and to love life and to take care of your body and as you, I will keep you in my prayers and as all we have had a beautiful life when we were younger so let me know what happened OK bon appétit baby

Passed away I was taught by my grandmother, my father and my mother to clean them well seasoning well and cook them slow so you won’t lose all your meat and that flavor will get through every piece of that meat and those potatoes. I was told by elderly woman when I lived in Albany Georgia it takes the scent away because no matter how you clean them you’re gonna have some kind of sense but when you use those potatoes it also is it Bickner to the juice And also eliminating the smell so you are I am enjoying you and your sister. Thank you so very much for the prayers and for all prayers warriors that we have praying for him his cancer went down to five when he made that video then afterwards, when he made the one smother deer country boy weigh his cancer hip went back up to 49% now the doctors have them on this medicine. If you watch that video you can see what he says about it. He went to the doctor Thursday and found out that he was supposed to been starting a treatment regiment, but they decided to see how the peel is working for him because he’s not in pain he still working so all those prayers out there has him in hold. I've somewhat changed my way of eating in my young age but i'm making these. Either for the holidays or my birthday which is in a couple of months. They have been hard to find in my area or very expensive but i googled my local Walmart and they have them going tomorrow/later today and get them and put them in the freezer. Its easier to peel off when they are partially frozen too. Down side frozen fingers. I keep telling people I never smelled my mother's chiterlings or hog mogs. She didn't do no vinegar or nothing. That vinegar smells awful in chiterlings. Its like potato salad can't eat everybody's!❤
I know that’s what I tell everyone you can’t smell the chitlins if you clean them good and take off the membrane and the only reason I really put vinegar a little vinegar in the chitlins is for her blood pressure. It helps for that and potato salad lol I’ll put just one cap full of vinegar in my potato salad, it makes it really good because what it does it puts the flavor in from the Rodnis of the vegetable your mother was a good cook because when you can’t smell chitlins cooking that’s a good cook. I’ve never tried taking the skin off frozen I have to see how that is, I learned something new every day and I love it. Bon appétit. Have a beautiful day.

Granny would say "If you see anything swimming around in that pot that you didn't add as an ingredient and they smell like shit, um um, Hell-Naw. My sister's father in law (everybody calls him daddy) was the first person that I ever saw season chitlins with peppers, garlic etc, that was over 20 years ago. He also put them in the oven and let them bake slow and low. He taught me how to cook them. Until this day, I have not had any chitlins as good as daddy's.

Thank you so very much for the prayers and for all prayers warriors that we have praying for him his cancer went down to five when he made that video then afterwards, when he made the one smother deer country boy weigh his cancer hip went back up to 49% now the doctors have them on this medicine. If you watch that video you can see what he says about it. He went to the doctor Thursday and found out that he was supposed to been starting a treatment regiment, but they decided to see how the peel is working for him because he’s not in pain he still working so all those prayers out there has him in hold. I've somewhat changed my way of eating in my young age but i'm making these. Either for the holidays or my birthday which is in a couple of months. They have been hard to find in my area or very expensive but i googled my local Walmart and they have them going tomorrow/later today and get them and put them in the freezer. I hope my constitution strong because if it ain't I might cook them nmad thangs this weekend.

Its easier to peel off when they are partially frozen too. Down side frozen fingers. I keep telling people I never smelled my mother's chiterlings or hog mogs. She didn't do no vinegar or nothing. That vinegar smells awful in chiterlings. Its like potato salad can't eat everybody's!❤
I know that’s what I tell everyone you can’t smell the chitlins if you clean them good and take off the membrane and the only reason I really put vinegar a little vinegar in the chitlins is for her blood pressure. It helps for that and potato salad lol I’ll put just one cap full of vinegar in my potato salad, it makes it really good because what it does it puts the flavor in from the Rodnis of the vegetable your mother was a good cook because when you can’t smell chitlins cooking that’s a good cook. I’ve never tried taking the skin off frozen I have to see how that is, I learned something new every day and I love it. Bon appétit. Have a beautiful day.
This comment, I've seen a few ppl say to use luke warm water or hot water, but my mom always told me cold water and partially frozen chitterlings are the way to go, but you're right you do end up with frozen fingers lol..

That's the right way for sure my Mother taught all her children how to clean and that was our job and mama did the cooking, pretty much now most of my family don't eat pork, but I still cook mine chitterning and add me some hog maws. With a dish of cole slaw on the side

Granny would say "If you see anything swimming around in that pot that you didn't add as an ingredient and they smell like shit, um um, Hell-Naw. Smile, politely decline the offer, and head to that turkey and ham, cause baby clean chittlins don't stank".🤔😞😝

They stopped the chemo because it only brought his PSA down to four then it stopped working now they gonna try radiation and his PSA is back up to 94 please keep him in your prayers, bon appétit baby

It went down to four his PSA so now his doctor doctor he had in the beginning now he’s back in town so hopefully everything goes good. His PSA went up to 94. I love sauteing my veggies in a bit of bacon fat before adding them to the chitterlings,then I add the bay leaves,fresh thyme,and seasonings

My sister's father in law (everybody calls him daddy) was the first person that I ever saw season chitlins with peppers, garlic etc, that was over 20 years ago. He also put them in the oven and let them bake slow and low. He taught me how to cook them. Until this day, I have not had any chitlins as good as daddy's.
My brother is a great cook. It needs some thing how some thing can remind you of someone in your life small world it’s not too big but you have a beautiful Thanksgiving. Bon appétit.
