****The handlebar stem in the video was installed backwards, and I realized after the video was uploaded. Instructions weren't clear but it did have the release lever pointing back. It needs to be on the outer face of the bike. You can also get in to the setup interface of the bike and have access to other functions such as backlight brightness, units of measure, speed, etc. Just hold down the up and down arrow at the same time for a few seconds to enter the setup. ***
I watching the video and i noticed your handlebar was set in opposite direction. I have the same bike but, with a different speedometer, a LCD s900 display, i love this bike. I made the same mistake on setting that handlebar when i bought it. Just after two years i decided to reassemble it to the right way as showed in Ecotric instructions that i had never read before. This year i upgraded my battery from 48v 13ah to 20ah, wow, it has been a great difference, you ride the bike all day with no issues about power!
It’s not a bad bicycle. The bike frame is big. I’m 5’-8” and I cannot reach the ground without getting off from the seat(at it’s lowest setting). The breaks need adjustment often. It folds but it is not super easy. Also it’s heavy at 58lbs so if the motor does kick out for some reason it is a very nice work out peddling home. I agree the cables should run inside the frame. I have over 1,000 miles on my bike and the controller I think needs to be replaced. In addition, if something goes wrong I have not been able to find a bike shop that is willing to help in it’s repair!!!!! So, if you are looking for an ebike talk to your local bike store and make sure they carry the brand or else you’ll have to learn how to fix it through DIY. Ecotric is not overly helpful on their tech service line….
It says the range is 44-48 mile on the website. Did you test the range by pedal assist levels? Im thinking about to do delivery with it, do you think is it worth to buy for it?

The manual says 20 mph max. How many mph did you get at full charged without pedaling?
Does changing the gears make it go faster?
So, gears do not make it go faster then it’s maximum speed.

Yes but not for uphill
Whats the rider weight limit?
From the website it is 200lbs.
I can’t get my bike to start
