i literally just got done doing that fight with the garradors. it is soo easy if yu do it right. yu take a rocket launcher, aim it at the garrador with the armor, and BOOM! instadeath. so easy. :PP but his way is probably more funn.
Okay Resident Evil 4 fans out there ! Today is Wednesday ! Yes, I am about to enter into the sewer to fight against the Ugly Boss ! Yes, I already defeated him once by pushing the frozen carbon monixide extinguisher and used it on him , but then my game froze up . I have to restart again . I have bought the rocket launcher and the special gun to try to defeat the Ugly Boss . I am not too pleased or optimistic about the next two scenes after the Ugly Boss !
I creeped left (green herb on the right), killed the first two grenados with garradors hearing me. Creeped up until both garradors charged me, shot them in the back when they were stuck, went left, killed the guy in there, then i shot the bell, and they went for it, and used the rocket launcher, worked nicely and only got hit once
This fight took about 5 tries to beat. It was the first time I had to resort to use my magnum (I wanted to save the ammo for the giants, chainsaw guys, and other bosses later). Still, it took quite a few shots and I wasted all of my grenades. Some of the boss fights up to this point weren't this hard!
I don't think this is the worst fight in the game. Krauser on Assignment Ada is worse, even with the easy strategy. Talkin bout Leon i think Salazar without Rocket Laucher/PRL/Chicago/Handgun is hard. Btw the worst part of the gam is the beginning when you have crappy weapons against Chainsaw.
for evryone that still has normal weapons and can't beat the 2 garradors make sure you at least have a rifle and upgrade its firepower at least once if you have the chance go behind a garrador and shoot it in the back with the rifle repeat this maybe 3-4 times and they should be beat!
Ahh, I remeber doing this fight for the first time, I had a rocket launcher, and I shot it and killed one of them right off the bat, but it was the one without the armor, so i spent the next fifteen minutes, popping out of the hallway and trying to shoot it with my rifle, I hated that fight so much.
for the 2 garradors, i use "a" rpg not infinite to kill one without the armour when the other get his claws stuck in the door i pull out my striker and repeatly shoot his back. its the only way that works for me
Actually, the fight is pretty easy. The Garradors detect movement. I stood still with the shotgun pointed at the Palaga "sacks" at their backs whenever they walked by, and I was unscathed :]
i just played through that fight for the first time. it was easy...i shot the one on the right with a rocket launcher. the one on the left died and the one on the right died after one shot in the back lol.

Ok, from that point of view, maybe... however IMO there are still harder parts. i.e. the fight in the big hall where Ashley lifts the bridges up out of the water in the end or where Leon gets Trapped in the cage and has to fight a Garrador and a bunch of Zealots, who are armed with crossbows as well. Those two scenes i kinda fear and experienced as "the hardest". Btw. two Garradors ain't 'bosslike'?

@lolhahalolhaha111 uhh i think u have bug there are some places like that were if u save before a epic fight the next time u come it will be gone or lowerd and another trick with the 2 claw guys is that go inside DONT MOVE and kill the ganados then go back out side before the claws can come and kill you so when there are no ganados start killing the garradors.

I would say use the pistol from a distance to gain ones attention. When he charges you get out of the way at the last second so he impales the wall with his claw, then shotgun the back. Unless you've been putting more firepower upgrades into your rifle, then use that from any distance you can get a shot in.
Dude, don't shoot the fucking stairs! Aim for the middle of the doors so that it will kill one and make the other weak enough that if you shit it's back once it will die. And you never shoot a fucking garrador if not behind one, your just asking for decaptitation.
I'm stuck at a part where I have to wait for a elevator and I have to fight the red guard I think it is. Its like right after the end of this video like hes following leon, how do I get passed him? I know the liquid nitrogen helps but isn't he still like invinsible?
i just beat profesinel mode for 6th time yay eve with normal guns i find this fight easy just buy a rocket lancher fire it between garridiors one will die then 1 rifle shot at 11.0 power will kill garridor two yay i did it on all 3 modes .... my hardest fight is salizars right hand hes evil!!!
THAT was easy, but not without a typewriter! i was scrimping and saving all my bullets for handgun, and shotgun, blah blah, but by the time i got there, i was left with the most crappiest standard handgun, running around like a dick, trying to shoot them in the back
If you use the rocket on the door behind them, you'll kill the unarmored garrador AND open the door i think.... Or what usually do is chuck a flash nade, at a nearby wall and use the broken butterfly on their backs... since they attack where ever the nade went off.
wow seriously you just need to buy a rocket launcher and shoot the center wall behind the two garradors. The blast radius kills them both. It's only hard if you don't get a rocket launcher. I sure as hell don't know how you missed them and didnt kill them.....
In my opinion the hardest boss is Salazar when he turns turns into the freaky creature of death. It's probably because I kept running out of ammo, then getting some from those spider things, (which took like an hour) then blowing it all on Salazar in a minute which damaged him so very little.
The only reason this is hard is because your using the CT and running, If you use a pistol to shoot one, as they charge toward you quickly walk away, then just shoot them in the back with the magnum, doesn't last to long, also just use a grenade to get rid of the ganados in the room.
that's not hard... killing salazar's right hand is hard, and killing the two gigantes without fucking ammo with your knife is hard... and try to pass the next part without ammo too... it is so fucking hard to me getting ammunition!! xD

On the double Garrodor fight i simply took a few steps to the right after entering the door and used my single shot rocket launcher to directly hit the one on the left. Lucky it killed both of them instantly and moping up the other guys was a breeze.
i loved that fight with the garradors. anyway when i go tthe infinite rocket launcher i found out that the garrador with the armor takes two rockets in the face. btw the dude on the bridge fight that had the helmet thing. he has a rocket launcher. have fun!
I don't think that's the hardest fight in the game. If you're quiet, they leave you alone for a little bit. It takes a while, but I think the worst fight is against Salazar's guard. Trying not to die while waiting for the elevator to rise. It sucks :(

It was for me, I had a ton of handgun ammo and only 3 shells for the shotgun, I had to kill both of them with a handgun only almost, but you just have to ALWAYS watch them and make sure they don't tear off your head... -_-
This is just my opinion, but when starting a new round, I find the hardest fights to be [hardest to easiest]: The Cabin. The Village. The Great Hall. Two Garradors. U3. Krauser. Krauser's not even that bad. >_>
I gotta glitch when ur at the clock tower pull the lever to activate the bridge after the cutscene u skip the clocktower part and there is only one garrador over the bridge in the house! Awesome or what!
i killed one and took me like an hour to kill the other guy. by the time i killed the last one, the other garrador's money dissappeared so i lost 15k ptas for nothing on pro mode... i got pcced
actually when i reached that part i try 2 shoot the garradors first with the minethrower but accidentally shot the forehead of a the zombie or wat ever they were called and then it goes kaboom
i raped those things using a shot gun two grenades and a fully upgraded pistol :D after beating the game again i used the mine dart gun adn like ..whel did an ol' clevland steamer on their chest :)
you get life if you use the herb combo for red yellow and green and you could get the tactical vest later i think in the island part not castle part. please correct me if im wrong

My tactic was, lob a frag, then run to opposite the bell, shoot it a few times, and while they attacked it, cap 'em in the back. Run the the end of the main hall, and repeat till dead.

About the explosion on the bridge, the guy in the middle which appears as you get to the middle of the bridge packs an rpg, might wanna take that one out first :)

You don't get the money back from the two garradors after purchasing a rocket launcher. The armored garrador takes 2 shots to kill.

Crap, this game is easy if that was the hardest fight. 2 Broken Butterfly bullets kill 'em both, and I'm doing a no merchant play through.
Tip:
-Buy a rocket launcher
-Once at this fight, aim at the one on the right (The armored one)
-Shoot him and both dies! ;)

lol i somehow arrived at this fight with a little more than one square of health, 2 rifles bullets, and 8 shotgun shells (total)...i died 23 times....
it was hard, and its especially hard the first time thru if you dont have unlimited ammo, and i ran out of ammo, had to knife them, it was hard as f***.
He wanted to go and join Leon to see the impaled bodies. It's a bit strange though..... the monster didn't attack the merchant, instead, it followed Leon!
I thought this was one of the easiest boss fights in the game tbh but ohh well :) salazars right hand is by far the hardest in my opinion :D
Btw the "boom" you heard on the bridge is the guy with the cow mask at the end of the bridge he has a rocket... He missed you lucky bastard...

goldeneagle1087 it dosent matter if you dont buy a rocket and if you use it on saddler it just damages him ada gives you the special rocket

Did it today for the very first time on normal.
I used a broken butterfly to shoot their backs,just walk around.
Wasn´t that hard.
i wasted a rocket on this match when i could just use the butterfly...
it wasnt so hard at all it only took one shot at it then done

lol it took me 2 trys becouse the first one i blew up with a bazooka 2nd one i just kept shooting the back took me like 5 or 8 min
LOL I died about 20 times till I figure out the order I was suppose to kill them. It seems you cant get hit if your always moving.
this fight is MUCH easier if you have that laser thing cuz if you shoot right in the middle they all get shot in the head and die
