Yes you can sell your shares which you get during Call Option expiry.. To be specific, in actual market..Settlement is done by difference amount itself. We will cover that soon..
If you are thinking that Option Lot which you purchased in F&O will offset selling the shares in the spot market, that happens only at the end of the expiry, not during the intraday. Soon we will make a video on Physical settlement. Still not clarified please be specific, we will clarify you.
Assume hdfc bank price is 820 and I buy call at 1100 April month expiry....so I have to wait for 1100 strike or I can exit at any position with respective P/L
If you have bought 1100CE when price is at 820, You will be in profit if the price rises more than 1100 + Premium. For any price below 1100, your loss is your Premium..
