We don't have a pocket folder device, but if I get a chance, I can show how I make something that works like one for long headers that fingers don't work on by themselves. I actually made a small one to help with a wide Auto-bottom carton. I have a video here on my channel... don't know if that helps you or not.

5mm wide glue wheel?
I believe its 3... its the skinnier one. We have a tone of small sized cartons so we just leave it on. But to be honest, I've never measured it.
