I’d like Monica to confirm that’s actually close to what period cramps feel like. Then, if they are, what intensity level are her cramps. I know the intensity is different for each person. Then I’d like to see Sam make it to the same intensity.

I literally had a full hysterectomy 10 days ago after living with pain for 30 years! I suffered with severe endometriosis since the age of 11.. now 41! A lifetime of feeling like this on a daily basis so can really relate! Well done
You must've felt so exhausted 😢😢 that's a big decision. All the best recovering and onto painful free days from now on.

I'd LOVE Sam to try the labor simulator! BUT... I'd also love you to try it as well, Monica. It will give you an idea of what to expect.
I've heard that those are a little exaggeratory, and it probably depends on the female. Monica you should make sure it's accurate, and that would give validation to its authenticity.
You know, your videos always make my day. I've been having a bad time this past month and 8 days so far, I've had 3 friends pass away and today I just lost my job, so it's nice to have a good laugh every once in a while.

Ok, three comments:
1) read the instructions and get the pad placement correct among other details
2) Monica, try it too. See what level is most similar to your "normal" and if you are brave, your worst day.
3) Yes push the limit if it is set up. Even if 10, or 12 is Monica's norm, some feel it all the way to the top of the range.
Once you know what the manual says... try it. Don't push yourself beyond your limit but know that unless you get to what is normal for others... know what you could experience.
What gets me is when the dog flips on his shoulder 😂
