Or you can't stand up from the pain. You have school. Pray you make it through. Lucky for me my guy friends would carry me if I couldn't walk. My PE teacher just let me sleep during my bad days. School days pure hell.

I have a high pain tolerance so when I used this machine I still couldn't feel anything at level 10. My lecturer had to use 4 different machines at level 10 (8 patches) for me to feel a tingling sensation but my period pains are SO severe. Women are truly superheroes for dealing with so much pain, I can't imagine being pregnant.
Especially when goin into labor I miss it but I don’t bc the pressure of my baby head did not feel good and also I’ve never felt pain(contractions) in my stomach until I gave birth it was all a crazy beautiful experience
Honestly after being pregnant my period pains lessened a whole lot, but I won't let work know 🤣🤣🤣 I still wanna be sent home when I say I'm on my period and the pain is bad.
Check if you have endometriosis (that is when you have worse uterus pain than other people). It needs special medicine

honestly Suho really surprised me, he always gives the image of the soft sweet boy, but actually he endured pain with a (almost always) poker face , staying still and playing along. He's stronger than he looks. A good reminder to never judge a book by his cover indeed.

I remember one of my friends .. SHE LITERALLY FELL UNCONSCIOUS because her cramps were so bad she had to be carried out by our male classmates. This happened in college while we're having a class.

Honestly this is the best period pain simulator video i have ever seen, unlike other videos where only men put the device , here the men experienced with the women at the same time to know the endurance level and the amount of pain women go through every month.

I freaking hate period pain... It always come at the worst timing ever... I got my period everytime i have important exam or event😭😭😭 it's soo annoying that I can't even focus with what I'm doing at that moment
That's literally me 😭✋and that to it doesn't just end with pain, I also throw up really bad which is even more frustrating
Oh god. I've been in that place. We had final exams at 7am. We normally don't even have school until 8. But finals it's all over the place. It was a history exam. I needed it so I could graduate early. My guy friend carried me in and sat me down in the chair. I nearly past out. When I was done with my test. I laid my head down and past out. The teacher had one of my guy friends carry me out to the nurses office until I had my next test. It was two hours later. God it was bad. When I was all done. I went home and curled up a ball and didn't move for hours.

This is so true, especially for work 😩 We had two different work retreats this year and I stg BOTH tines I got so sick with migraines from pms that I threw up and missed out on important meetings. It's so damn embarrassing 🤦♀️

I love that guys do this, but it doesn't even capture all of the pain of periods. Cramps suck but imagine having them with backache, stomach issues, insomnia, fatigue, acne, greasy hair, mood swings, short temper, hunger, thirst, etc. And then having to act like you're totally fine in public. I'll be super excited when they invent the total period simulator and guys have to wear it for a week!
I can't believe that i am this strong. Going through this every month and still does works. Omg womens are the power. The only thing we need is some respect and independence. Please we deserve that 😂
As a female I had to discuss this with some colleagues (I’m a nurse & sports massage therapist who also works with osteopaths and physios). We were trying to work out whether this was a good gauge of pain for females.
We came to a rough conclusion that females in general have less muscle mass, the tens machine is designed to send electrical impulse signals & they are attached to muscle… men have more muscle mass so we hypothesised that they were getting more current surging through their muscles at each level because their base mass was larger.
Although it’s just an hypotheses… we all agreed that woman have higher pain threshold and we are conditioned to deal with it from we hit puberty as we have to deal with ovulation ache (not everyone knows that’s a thing… it is) PMS, cramps when we have our period… so we only ever have 1-2weeks before it starts again, biologically we are built to give birth so we become desensitised in a way over the years.
Damn, so ovulation pain is what it's called. I always wondered why I experience pain often when ovulating.
or women just have a higher pain tolerance in general because we give birth and menstruate. the same can be applied to any type of pain. men do have less pain tolerance, i notice this as a dentist xD
What I don't have tolerance for is men saying periods ain't that bad, and giving birth can't be more painful than getting kicked in the balls...
Mens argument? "If it was so painful, women wouldn't ever have a 2nd baby."
Bitch, do you know how reproduction works?... I BET that if a man could only cut and impregnate a woman by getting kicked in the balls we'd see a lot of men asking around to get kicked by their partner.
The uterus is a muscle. Given that men don’t have it, you could definitely say we have more muscle in that area.

When Taekwang said it hurts so much that you can't focus on anything else, this is so so true. I wish we had an off switch too, haha. I feel crap everytime there's a period because you literally can't do anything but lie down until the worst has passed before you can be productive with your daily tasks.
I really love this. Men should know what we go through each month. I've also got bad period cramps, one time I even fainted. It's not easy being a girl/woman. Some men don't understand what we have to go through. Work/studies/and different activities...while being on your period... They just don't know... Good thing is that there are sweet guys, just like Suho . I am sure his girlfriend will be extremely lucky to have him as her boyfriend

As a woman I'd love to try this test too just to see how strong those levels of pain actually feel like. I don't think my period is painful at all, except some punctual pain peaks here and there so I wonder if I actually get no pain or if I'm just not sensitive to this level of pain?? Really curious

There’s something so satisfying about this. The pain doesn’t even account for the other symptoms like lack of energy, increased irritability, increased body temperature, not being able to find a comfy position because of pain/bleeding. And I get super nauseous on mine and can’t keep food down on day one and two. Women get the short end of the stick so often 😭
Honestly pain aint even the worst thing it's a timing like it starts so randomly you might have an amazing days and boom it suddenly hits. having cramps during exam is another hell.

I have passed out from period cramps several times before, I recently learned that mine are probably more like literal full contractions when giving birth.... every month🙃 I got a IUD to stop my period recently, and I didn't realize I could have a life without being incapacitated one week every month😭😭 its wonderful
Watching men have to deal with even just the cramps aspect of it without even combining the back and feet pain or swelling, actual bleeding feeling, hot flashes, cravings and topped off with the dismissal by guys acting like we are faking it and realizing it’s no joke is satisfying! Especially when you consider we deal with it for about a week!

Most of my life my pains were so severe my mom wouldtake me to the Emergency room for relief. BTW they actually recommend the use of a TENS unit for women to help relieve their cramps during that time of the month. So imaging the pain you experienced used as a relief from the pain levels the girls experience.

I've never tried this cramp stimulator thing but I can imagine the pain. I used to experience horrible pain, probably an average of an 8 on the pain scale. It was so bad that I went on birth control when I was about 16 just to lessen the pain and waterfall bleeding. It can be crippling.

Every month it's period roulette for me, the cramps, blood and hormones (mood svings and pimples etc) are there each time ofc, but then you have the added random things like: Back pain, headaches, diarrhea, breast pain, horrible burning sensations down there, dizziness, nausea and vomiting. The thing is these added symptoms change from month to month and you never know which one will show up. Usually some of them will start 2-3 days before the cramps and blood even show up. Fun isn't it...

I have an irregular periods so sometimes after so long not having one, the cramps are the worst. I can’t even do anything and I once almost passed out due to blood loss and extreme pain. So, people with uterus you can do this!!
