    When it comes to classic cars, documentation of change is often enough to preserve or even increase the value of a given vehicle. If Elvis bought "Herbie the Love Bug" from the Prince of Monico in 100 point Concours condition, brought it home rattle-caned it red and installed red velour interior. Sold it to a hot rod shop in California who saved all the old parts and drag raced it. Then Magnum PI traded his 308GTS Ferrari for it and did a complete restore to the Herbie car...as long as it was all documented, the history is worth more than the car.
    Imagine when some kid in 2083 gets this thing, does his homework, finds some history on the way-back machine ... World Famous Go Kart RUclipsrs modified this thing 60 years ago, and he has all the parts for the basket-case Tin Lizzy. After restoration it is appraised at $456,529,683.11 (equal to $684.56 in 2022 dollars).
    Hypothetically of course.

    Hey C&C That model t body looks relatively simple to build my thoughts are this used sheet metal for the body and a custom 2 or 4 seat frame maybe
    engine and drive train you have a lot of options
    Lawn mower transaxle
    Normal gocart drive train
    Maybe modified automotive drivetrain
    Be really cool if yall built a
    Model t inspired cart that yall could thrash on or drive around at swap meets hell even a parade car to adverise the channel or advertise go power sports

    • @TylerDuysen
      @TylerDuysen 2 года назад +1

      its not a mower transaxle all mowers are vertical drive and use vertical shaft engines (besides a couple 70s cub cadets which have a 90 degree gearbox to run the belt drive) this is a custom built system

    • @GeorgiaRidgerunner
      @GeorgiaRidgerunner 2 года назад

      @@TylerDuysen first off i didnt say that thing had a mower transaxle i said a mower transaxle could be an option for a custom build
      Also no all mowers are vertical shaft ive seen and owned multiple 70's and early 80's johndeere mower that were horizontal shaft engines and had a belt that turned turned 90 degrees via belt guides look em up im sure youll find videos here on youtube good day sir

    • @TylerDuysen
      @TylerDuysen 2 года назад +1

      @@GeorgiaRidgerunner it was how you worded it also i shouldve said they all use vertical shaft rear transaxles because they do and those engines still have a vertical pulley that runs the pulley in the rear and the mower deck the horizontal shaft and pulley just spins a horizontal pulley which engages the vertical pulley

    Love those 10" wheels on the front, I've got three of them on different mini bikes. Here in South LA, The trend is gear them real high and make the motor stout. Its pretty scary on a 5" or 6" turf tire, the 10" Azusa and MoPed tire makes them way manageable above 40 mph. My go to bike has the GPS front fork kit as well, made a huge difference. That thing needs a Pick Up Bed and a couple of big square lantern headlights.

    All of the Shriners that I know would say leave the new wheels on it. Just remember this. Shriners have been big kids for ever. They make a life work of taking care of kids.

    You guys should consider getting a small metal lathe. Would help you making small custom parts like bushings and adapters.

    Cool cart, I think if you’ve got a box blade for your tractor you could drag it around the track a few times and get the lap times up just a bit on everything ,looks awesome with the new tires and wheels
