Thanks for your detailed video. I own the original version which is more bulkier than the current version. But, it does have a divider for credit cards. I actually wear 2 money belts when in travel mode, and just one during day outings. I need to replace one of my money belts because it's one of the original Rick Steves' elastic waist band versions that's not very secured. So, after watching your video I purchased this newer pacsafe version as a replacement for that one. For anyone trying to decide on which one to buy, make sure it has a secured buckled slashproof strap, or you will be constantly fearing that it might fall off or even get cut off. That was my fear, so now both of mine are as safe as it gets. I travel often and it's important to use good travel accessories. Thanks again!
Thieves take the path of least resistance. If they can see the buckle is in the back like most packs, they can release it. This one is practically in front of you, and they would have to get very close to you without you noticing in order for them to undo it.

Can you put a compact handgun?
No. The pouch is to thin and small. I have an XDS .45 and that can't fit in it.
