Get your physical therapist to release your trapezius and serratus anterior.
IMS works great to get the scapular movement. Then Massage therapy for surrounding tissue. Act sooner than later to keep from developing adhesive scar tissue.

Know a seat belt is uncomfortable after surgery. They make these fuzzy padded things that go on them for extra padding if you can find one. Just a thought. My girlfriend has been through it too. Keep up the good fight. 💙
