We don’t come across that too often, especially on social media these days. I would like you to consider my husband and me for the giveaway, as this tool would be extremely helpful in running our 501C3 animal rescue/sanctuary, Country Honk Farm. Here in East Tennessee, animal abuse/neglect is a HUGE problem. Shelters are overrun, forcing them to reject so many people surrendering unwanted animals that pets get dumped on the sides of roads, sometimes without the vehicle even stopping. At Country Honk we rescue as many animals as we can accommodate and care for ourselves (including livestock) from horrifying situations and allow them to live out their lives in peace and protection from further cruelty. We have several special needs animals, including 2 Megaesophagus German Shepherds that must eat in a doggie highchair, or they will sustain life-threatening issues. Having a saw like yours would allow us to build Bailey chairs for ME dogs, and additional kennels/runs/hutches for the influx of animals we are expecting come Spring. My wife and I were both paramedics when COVID protocols began really hurting our mental health and family life. We decided to quit our jobs and start a woodworking company. So I started woodwork as a way to focus my mind and help me with my PTSD. One of my mentors makes plaques for our old unit and he took me under his wing and started showing me how to create shadow boxes and basic furniture like end tables and coffee tables. It really helped me to focus and also I found that I really love giving away what I make. I love the joy that I see when I get to give my projects way. It fills the hole if you know what I mean. I have been working with my Brother-in-law's table saw (it's a worksite table saw) for a while and it has worked pretty much, but he keeps bugging me to get it back LOL. To be honest he has been very generous allowing me to borrow it on multiple occasions. I started saving for a table saw, but they are a pretty penny and it'll be a while. My husband & I bought our 1st house in 2019, & it had belonged to a 50yr Master Carpenter, who has trim work in the National Archives. 😍 We were so blessed & lucky to have a huge space in the basement for a wood shop, & have been working separately & together on so many new creations. He's always been more interested in inlay & fine detailed work, but hasn't had the chance to pursue it much. On the other hand, I was learning to paint & repair furniture for our home, for our 4 kids, & to sell, so learning woodworking has been a natural outgrowing of that. Now we both have our own tools & own space, except for the circ saws & drills we pass back & forth. I'd love to add your table saw to our home, as we begin working on the stack of red oak live edge that's been drying in our back yard for 2 years! Thanks for all you do.

From time to time I have advertised tools for sale and when someone showed up to buy it I would give to them for free. I sold my decked out late 90s unisaw last year and bought an old slider. it was a way cheaper saw it's big and miss my old saw so much. Altimately, I needed the extra money. I'm trying to fulfill my dream of wood working full-time, and I'm always falling short. I am truly passionate and proud of the things I do. I have a pretty decent setup. I've worked my ass off for what I have. But really struggling with everything money, getting my house finished, winter layoff with a huge pay cut, and another miracle baby on the way. I am a retired police officer who was forced to end my career a little sooner than I wanted to due to PTSD and MDD (Major Depression Disorder). I found that woodworking helps me get through the harder days. I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I am getting better and better. I've even turned the hobby into a (very) small business that I hope will take off eventually. When I was very young, I had a man who was friends with my parents, and he taught me how to work wood. From that point I was hooked. When I joined the Air Force, I was scheduled to deploy to Turkey, and I took my travel advance money and bought me a brand-new Craftsman table saw which I still have today. Nothing quite that fancy as your Grizzly but it has made so many things over the years. I truly believe they need to put woodshop back in the schools to inspire a new generation of craftsmen.

And honestly I don't know if I should've been considered at all, and perhaps step to the side to a more experienced person. I have a 2 car garage as my workshop and I don't know if this table is small enough to fit. My wife would allow me any equipment as long as both cars fit inside. Again. When I was very young, I had a man who was friends with my parents, and he taught me how to work wood. From that point I was hooked. When I joined the Air Force, I was scheduled to deploy to Turkey, and I took my travel advance money and bought me a brand-new Craftsman table saw which I still have today. Nothing quite that fancy as your Grizzly but it has made so many things over the years. I truly believe they need to put woodshop back in the schools to inspire a new generation of craftsmen.

This is completely awesome and way to pay it forward. This would completely change my shop and allow me to expand my business with the much needed upgrade from my job site saw. I would also pay it forward but giving away my saw to someone who could use a better saw then what they got or don’t have the funds to be able to buy a saw and could really use it. #TSGA

Wow! We need more people like you in today's time! I am a beginner woodworker. And honestly I don't know if I should've been considered at all, and perhaps step to the side to a more experienced person. I have a 2 car garage as my workshop and I don't know if this table is small enough to fit. My wife would allow me any equipment as long as both cars fit inside. Again. I’m a Bible teacher at a Christian school in Ohio and do woodworking on the side. My wife and I just bought a house and are excited that it has a large detached garage where I will be able to continue woodworking.
