One of my all-time favorite artists...Stevie Wonder! This guy plays pretty well every instrument and can sing like no other! I love pretty well every era of his music and this tune was in my head recently, so I just had to give it a spin. It was a little tricky because of the tempo sway that occurs in spots, but it was awesome to jam with one of my favorite artists!! Thanks everyone for all of your amazing and continued support!!!

Great job. I’m not a drummer so I don’t know what’s right or wrong. All i know is if it sounds good. It was VERY smart not trying to play it exactly like Stevie's drummin'. No one can do it exactly like he did. Not even him! The key is to play the notes but add your persona to it and FEEL what you’re doing. That’s what soul is!

Nice solid in the pocket groove. A fun one to cover as I once did. And yes, those middle sections were very challenging as the tempo shifted greatly. I see you took liberty in accenting those ensemble phrases.

This is probably the coolest intro for a song ever made. 😎 How great you‘ve added your own flavor to this without trying to copy the original song 1:1, but still having the Jerimy style, being laid back, relaxed, but still and always in the pocket. It’s a unique drumming style, love that, my friend.

My approach is always to try and support the song as a whole: composition, vocals, melody etc.
