Facts 💯 Gill and Chris I go shoot like 100 form shooting close and mid-range shots my arms are sore the next day. Like myself we had no trainers or social media trainers teaching how to shoot in the 80's and 90's. Players were self taught at that time. The new generation is very lucky now to have trainers to develop their skills early on.

I was always a very athletic player with a 46 inch vertical but couldn’t be consistent with shooting the ball and would get laughed at.
Craig Hodges was my shooting coach as well. I already had looked up to him so it was easy to take directions. He really helped my game with shooting when my high school and college coaches didn’t want to take the time, whole time it was just a few things that needed to be tweaked.
