I believe Rigor would win, I mean the old Rigor was shown to be stronger than Ssj4 Full Powered Gogeta. This new Rigor however seems to be much stronger. Having a special hybrid ssj state combating not only Vegeta at full powered ssj4, But Gotenks Adult Ssj3, And Piccolo who we know at base is stronger than ssj. And this is Rigor effortlessly. Now Xicor fought ssj5 Goku, Now we haven't seen Rigor go all out, But if Goku get's clapped along with might appear, Gogeta then yeah Rigor can beat Xicor.

Xicor and Rigor Have Both fought The Fused Versions of Goku and Vegeta. Rigor Fought Gogeta and Xicor Fought Vegetto. I don't know if there both cannon or fan ideas from the fan manga. Also Xicor was the original idea of a Super Saiyan God. That's my thoughts on these. I like both Characters.

I personally think that it would’ve been interesting if Xicor had a personality more similar to Goku. Have him try really excited during fights and have him over the course of fights continuously improve instead of starting out OH MY GAHD HES SO STRUNG! Also maybe give him some sense of “Maybe you couldn’ve been good if raised right.” And have it that when he was a kid growing up he was actually nice and had a childhood best friend his mother killed (well he wouldn’t know that)

Xicor had a lot of story potential. I liked the idea of an evil God using a mortal instrument of her own making to rule the universe. Xicor’s character could’ve delved into manipulation and misguidance from a parent figure who’s taught them nothing but lies and pave way for Xicor to realise that fault and go through a positive character arc. I personally believe that was the intention with his character because they make it clear when discussing Xicor that maybe they could solve this conflict with words due to his misconception of Goku. Also, I also believe the revival of Broly was to parallel his story with Xicor. Both being a tool for their parents to act on their selfish plans with. I believe Xicor and Broly are supposed to represent that theme and help Xicor realise that truth. Xicor being the son of Goku acts as excuse for Goku’s return only to also emphasises the fact that you shouldn’t be reliant on Goku either. It’s Xicor’s direct connection with Goku is why they’re so desperate to bring Goku back but if that wasn’t the case than Goku wouldn’t have returned. I think that’s important for also understanding the theme of relying too much on Goku and that the characters need to step up as Vegeta kept preaching. I always thought that the ending would be that Goku is about to finish off Xicor and the irony would be that Broly would stop Goku to help the others understand Xicor’s suffering and how he’s nothing but a pawn like he was. Goku offers him his hand to stop this fighting and also offers him to leave world with him, to know what it’s like to be with his father. Goku and Xicor leave to return to the Dragon Realm with Goku training Xicor.

I wish they had saiyan hybrids of divine beings would be great for adding more powerful characters but rigor has a better backstory
Rigor has a better story imo but Xicor would still kick his ass anyday of the week. But seriously we need a manga where Rigor and Xicor team up to take out Goku and Vegeta. 2 super saiyan 5's vs SSB Kaioken x2 and SSB Evolution. That would be dope.

I agree with the draft argument and what was said in the interview, but I wanted to give a bit more credit to Xicor, context is important. Xicor is practically a second Frieza. Literally, Toyble wrote Frieza to be the son of Laila as well, with King Cold as the former superior being Laila took. So Goku, who defeated Frieza, must have superior DNA. So we can pretty much attribute the reasonings and motivations of Frieza to Xicor as they were (in AF canon) raised the same way. And why wouldn't Xicor change? The same reasons Frieza would never change I imagine. For Laila herself...Yeah I she's weird. She wants to rule everything even though she's a god who kind of rules everything already so who knows why she cares so much. If she wanted to be responsible for the ultimate creation, she could've just done that and sent them on their way, evil or not, maybe do some sparring with Goku to prove it.
Also, let's be real, Goku Black is the 2nd draft of Xicor. And I would have to say he's better than Rigor, but that's really not fair.

Yeah even though rigor has a more Rich story then xicor we talkin about competitors in a fight right because we all know everybody would love to have a team partner or stand behind somebody that's OP and can't be beat even though xicor came there with his mom that doesn't take away from his character and there's plenty of reasons why a person can be just evil you don't have to have an in-depth story about why you choose to be evil because as long as there is light in the world is going to be darkness & xicor is just the embodiment of that and if you look at both of those stories you can't really just say that xicor is the only Mama's boy the whole reason why rigor giving up his nice normal life to come and fight Vegeta is because of a Vegeta killed his mom doesn't that make him a Mama's boy too🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I mean if you think about it if it's Vegeta didn't kill rigor's mama rigor wouldn't have never shown up so in more ways than not both of them were manipulated by their mothers one was manipulated by the emotion of revenge for his mother and the other was just manipulated directly by his mother I mean if you look at it there's plenty of people in this world that will take their mothers word or anybody else's word especially if she's all you everI mean for real if you and your mom just happened to pull up and some random people was like oh your dad's not a bad guy he's he's okay and your mom only ever told you from birth that your dad is evil he's a bad guy when you believe your mom over them especially if your dad is not directly there to speak for himself 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Honestly, I think y'all would simply say Rigor is better cz he is pretty much Vegeta 2.0 and many DB fans have always wanted to see an extremely powerful vegeta above goku. Not many will admit to this though.
And for me saying Rigor is better than Xicor because of a story reboot doesn't make him better. CZ then a character or story reboot of Xicor would then make him better than Rigor. For me they have equal footing still.

Xicor seems like just another special saiyan like another Broly instead of being legendary, he's just a hybrid of a kai and saiyan who also over powered and raised by a single parent with evil intentions. Honestly I do not know to choose because both of them have to fight super Saiyan 4 which is totally useless against them and eventually Rigor's power grows the longer he fight's.
Xicor on the other hand actually feels fear for the first time. And you can see it in his eyes as he has finally meet someone who overpowers him. So if I had to choose,I will vote for Rigor.
