You need to leave the sill pan flashing tape loose under the window if an additional layer of house wrap is going to be used so that it can be tucked under same.
Not sure if this was covered in the other comments...but this installation is strictly about the tape. When the window goes on, it needs to go with U shape caulk which is not shown here. They skip that part on this video, so you should only use this video for tape install on windows and not as a complete view on what happens when you install a window.

And when putting on your metal drip cap you just tape it to the wall? Should there not be positive lap? Something for the drip cap to slip under?
