Thank you guys for doing this one. I truly feel it is the most beautiful version of O Holy Night ever recorded, and in my opinion the most beautiful Christmas song period. Glad you guys liked it. Prayers for Celine🙏
I agree this is the best version of this wonderful song. Maybe Josh Groban does it better technically, but having the female voice makes it better for me and Celine does this the best of any artist out there.
You aint lying. Her voice fits this song perfectly and her voice in that building just makes it much more haunting. She had to take a moment after she hit that last note to make sure the building had settled back on its foundation because that place may not have withstood another high note from her.

I'm not crying, you're crying. I had the privilege of seeing Céline Dion in concert twice just as she was starting to become a big deal in the English-speaking world (she was already huge in Quebec, Canada, as a teen). One of the purest, most powerful voices in recording history. I don't always love her song choices, but that voice elevates everything she touches. If you want to check out one of her lesser known songs, but one I think is the best she's ever done, have a listen to With This Tear, written for her by Prince. Beautiful, tragic, glorious song. All the best to her as she struggles through some challenging times.
Celine is by far one of the best female singers ever to grace this planet, and I love her rendition of this song. There was a little Filipino girl that grew up in poverty that absolutely adored Celine and always wanted to sing with her. By nothing more than a miracle, this actually happened. To this day, I'm still stunned that a voice like hers can exist.
Every song on her Christmas album is wonderful!
6:55 • This was exactly my reaction when I saw/heard it for the first time! Hahahah I was crying with appreciation. It was unbelievable! Celine is one of our best!
Growing up I only ever heard the traditional version of O Holy Night out of a hymnal in church. When I bought her Christmas cd and I heard this version of O Holy Night I was blown away. It's so beautiful. I also love her version of O Come All Ye Faithful. You guys should listen to all the tracks. In my opinion, I think it's one of the best Christmas albums ever released.
one song - arrangement - version - whatever you want to call it - i cry every time. How can something be so beautiful.
Looking forward to enjoying more holiday music with you! ❤
"Celine has the voice of an angel."
As for additional Christmas music. Some of my personal favorites are Bing Crosby, the Carpenters and Celtic Woman for songs this time of year. Though in truth, there are beautiful songs sung by many. Its all in what speaks to you at the moment of listening.
This. This live show is spectacular. This album is beyond stunning! I highly recommend! Prayers to her! 💕💕👌🏼
My favorite Christmas song...and Celine's tone throughout the song brings out the emotion of the experience. And at the end with the crescendo...tears me every time! Alleluia, Alleluia, HE is born! +++
I’ve never seen any better singer than Celine in my entire life.. 👌🏻She was/is and will be my idol forever. Hearing her explaining her disease broke my heart 💔 I hope she gets better soon 🙏🏻
Thank you for reacting to celine deon you guys are a legend❤
Love Celine. But my favorite O Holy Night is by David Phelps. Y'all would not be disappointed! Love and Light this holiday season🎄❤️
Her power and perfection
This is so gorgeous!
I’m so glad I got to hear her live during her Vegas residency. She is one of a kind!
Oh My God that was ABSOLUTELY Beautiful!!! I got goose bumps when she hit the high notes. She's just incredible and I pray for her recovery. God bless Celine and God Bless everyone.
Celine is one of a kind. Prayers being lifted for her. You might want to listen to or react to this song by Home Free, Carrie Underwood (with Vince Gill) and David Phelps(live version). They will blow you away.
Brings me to tears. Every Time. I bought tickets to her concert. I was going to bring my mom, who loved her. But lost my mother before the concert.
I am so soo sorry for your lost 😔😔
Oh, how i wish YT had a ❤ emoji. Celine is a gift from God, truly. She huts those notes, the purity in which she carries her tone is simply beautiful. (Along with this, might i suggest "Celtic Woman" & their rendition of this & of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas " , Lauren Daigle's "What Child is This?" & Roy Orbison's "Pretty Paper". So many beautiful songs to hear this holiday season, & don't forget Female Fridays!
She did it beautifully! Josh Grobin knocks of out of the park as well..always brings me to tears.
A beautiful version from Celine Dion. What an amazing voice! I also love Michael Crawford 's version. Very powerful and never fails to give me goosebumps!! ❤️🇦🇺
Josh Grobin’s version too
Michael Crawford's version is my favorite.
I think I can safely say this isn't just my favorite Christmas song, it's my favorite song.
Celine gave me full body chills a tears to my eyes.
Please listen to "Waiting for a Star to Fall" from BOY MEETS GIRL.
Great Great song
I've just never heard a more perfect version of that song!!!!!
Celine Dion delivers the message with this rendition of O HOLY NIGHT. You can feel the presence of the Lord as she sings. With quiet purity and soaring grace, all is as it should be as this moment reminds us. The blanket of night in December on the holiest night comes through in the true spirit of song lifts us all.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE ROB SQUAD FAMILY. All blessings to you and your family for sharing your time with us. My your family be safe. And your spirits bright.
I wonder if you give your fellow Okie, Carrie Underwood, a chance to show her wonderful version of this same song. Maybe on Christmas Eve. Enjoy
Yes, no doubt about it, she is THE BEST ✨✨✨
She’s amazing. You should check out her performance of “Immortality” with The Bee Gees, One Night Only in Las Vegas. They wrote the song for her.
Yes they did!
Get well Celine.
So beautiful, thank you for reacting to Celine singing this song. Please check out Josh Groban’s version as well! Love you guys and have a blessed Christmas!
His is my favorite!
Heavily endorse this. Celine Dion’s and Josh Groban’s singing of Oh Holy Night are the only versions I have purchased and have in my lists
Josh Grobans version is one of my favorite Christmas songs! ❤️ 🎄 🎅
I agree! Love Josh’s version too!
I never heard this version before. Brought tears to my eyes
Another great, powerhouse version of this song is by David Phelps. He is a tremendous vocalist and his version is just slightly different than Celine's but just as stunning.
Yes better by far!! The one at the Gaither Christmas Special.
David's version is like listening to an entirely different song...AMAZING...I just hope they don't pause too much 🙂
Lucy Thomas is absolutely sensational along with her little sister Martha, check their version out and you won't want to hear another
