For AirPods Pro, I wish Apple would allow us to have the full quality mode even when the microphone is used. Yes, AirPods Pro when paired with Apple device are actually capable of using the microphone without degrading the audio playback quality, (just try play a music and trigger Siri, the music volume would be lowered but the sound quality doesn’t change).
That’s exactly what they are doing. So desperate to reach that milestone they are prepared to compromise what little dignity they have left…and they don’t care how they do it. They are getting worse each week.

My Buds+ had the best battery life overall - could listen to them all day at work for 8 hrs without needing a charge, but call quality was muddy and Ambient mode was too tinny 😬 my Buds Live fit more securely with the "bean style" and the call quality is incredible compared to the first generations. I can actually hear myself when I speak and it doesn't compromise the sound quality. I'd be interested to try the new Buds 2 but maybe I'll wait until the price drops, especially if the microphone quality is crap 😒
The Buds 2 have great call quality. That's what he said in this comparison that it had way more high end sounds than the other two which makes call quality crisp and clear.
I prefer the Galaxy buds 2 that don't stick out like the airpods pro or beats also are cheaper with the same or more features. I think that the Galaxy buds 2 are a great deal.
well, I had a taste of balanced armature drivers in earphones and earbuds, and I never went back to dynamic drivers. if only Apple added balanced armature drivers to the Airpods Pro, the sound quality will be unbeatable. well, it's just my opinion, sound quality is my top priority in earbuds

Samsungs apps all of a sudden stops working and I have to manually open Samsungs app for some reason

like the features, setup was difficult for some of my devices (August Door lock, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB Bose speaker)... but all switches and outlets (5), thermostat, tankless water heater. Unfortunately all I can do is turn on/off Bose. It doesn't support volume or changing channels, but I believe that is due to the particular speaker I have.... Worth getting if you already have other devices to use it with... I don't sit around and ask Alexa questions much so that doesn't really matter to me....

I've tried several different ear buds, including the AirPods Pro, Galaxy Buds, Sony WF1000XM3/XM4, Bose, Sennheiser, and more. None of them will stay in my ears. They fall out whenever I turn or shake my head. I don't think my ears are misshapen in any way. I just can't find ANY buds that stay in place without an ear hook.
AirPods aren’t the best sounding but their software is awesome. And getting your messages read out loud is probably the best thing. Also the spatial audio is pretty cool

@@elsasquatcho. hmm that’s weird. Usually when I’m playing a RUclips video I put the phone down. When I turn my head to the left I only hear it from my right ear and vice versa. Make sure you turn it on in the settings. It’s not on from default. And it only works with the AirPods Pro.
I don’t know about Samsung and Beats, but I’ve tested in airplane the ones from Apple and the noise cancellation is amazing 🤩 I played the songs at minimum volume and I could clearly hear the songs without any airplane noises.
Just got my Samsung galaxy buds 2. They sound very good. Way better then the airpods 2 and airpods pro. They could be a little louder but don't fall off like the air pods pro.

I wish some reviewers would compare devices of a similar prince point to one another, this is like the iPhone 12 vs Pixle 5a comparison all over again. The Beats & Buds 2 are a fair comparison, or include the Sony XM3s in-ear in for a wider range, but the Air Pods Pro should be compared to the Sony XM4s or other ear buds of a similar price. I doubt they'll put the regular Air Pods up against the XM4s or they'd be accused of bashing an Apple product.

I bought galaxy Pro for 150$ and after 3 days of trying everything was just impossible to take the buds pro more than 20 minutes. My ears just hurts so much. So i called the shop after 3 days of they can give me the buds 2. They agree to exchange but not give me the extra money because the buds 2 cost 100$. In the end I exchange the buds pro for buds 2 and let me say I am super happy now. the fit is the most important thing. Also the sound quality was +- the same. Thumbs up for the buds 2
I tried the Samsung ones before and they were straight up garbage. Transparency mode is better when it’s off lol music wise no details, everything sounded combined and push into the background so I couldn’t hear the difference of instruments in them. AirPods Pro are the way to go. Yes, they are more expensive but I haven’t heard from anyone else who can beat it.
Weird, not only subjectively but also objectively, the airpod pros have a very high mids intensity. Little to no bass or high end as it emphasises vocals over everything. In my experience and also in the frequency graphs, the buds are more flat that means that nearly all aspects of the music have equal volume with the bass a litlle bumped up.
Ty for doing a mic test! I've tried dozens of cheap BT headsets from Amazon that worked fine, the mic sucked on them and my wife got me airpod pro's and they work amazing. I heard the battery goes in these so I'll keep an eye on the galaxy buds

Have the Buds 2 & AirPods Pro ... using them on iPhone 12 Pro. Picked up the Buds 2 on Friday, set them up on a Galaxy Tab (updated the firmware) then connected them to my iPhone. AirPods Pro would be my 1 and only...if only their sound was better but it isn't! Have to get out of Apple's Walled Garden for better audio. Sorry to all the apple fanboys but aside from their stellar hardware (most products) their audio needs to improve. Compared to some $60 EarFun earbuds - airpods are doodoo in terms of audio 🥴

Personally for apple users AirPods pro are just too much of a complete package especially with the ecosystem intergration and additional upcoming software features with ios 15. The only major downside of airpods pro i feel is to a lesser extent their EQ plus the stem design and to a greater extent the fit else if all human ears were the same shape that fits them well and without falling(and both downsides are subjective it differs from person to person) it could be argued that airpods pro are “damn near perfect”. The beats studio buds made me realize this even more i like the stemless design but they watered them down abit too much to keep the pros looking special In a world where the airpods pro work the same as they do on ios for both ios and android airpods pro kick ass even at the higher price tag

I have the Beats Buds and I don't care what anyone says, they have replaced my Pros until the new ones come out. I wish they had device switching, but I only need them for the gym, so it's fine that they're paired to my phone. And I plug them in once a week. I can't say I really miss the wireless charging although that was convenient with the Pros. Only stuck up people will complain about the audio. Hearing is like taste buds. Everyone is different. Don't be a dick (not you, Max Tech, I've been attacked on other videos in the comments) about people's preferences. I love how the Beats Buds sound.
That said, don't buy the beats buds for the transparency or the NC. It sucks. They're cheap, effective ear buds until Apple releases a new accessory that doesn't shit the bed after a year.
Test the battery life. I'm not very happy with the buds 2. I'm thinking about sending them back. I like to sleep with one bud in and the low battery beeping wakes me up after 6 hours. My Buds plus battery life is still around 8 hours
I am gonna buy AirPods Pro but I am waiting for the AirPods 3. If they are great I am gonna buy it. I am gonna buy an AirPods Pro or 3 because Apple adds features in them every year just like how they added on the AirPods Pro with this year’s AirPods software.
I would suggest trying on different songs, adding some different flavors and adding each song a purpose. As someone with audiophile tendencies I cringe when I see lo-fi hip hop song with piano elements gets called “modern classical” plus that song can’t add anything you haven’t heard in the first song. Plus I don’t see how much you can make from that overcompressed rock tune. I’d rather see one song for testing soundstage - maybe some live song ideally multi-member band. Then something cleaner - modern classical with minimal production would be good choice Then some cleaner rock tune for highs and mids Something heavier and with fuller mix for distortion. And some IDM or some sort of more complicated electronics that could give you possibility to run through ton of different sounds and ranges.
i don't know why most youtubers keep saying the Beats bus pro are great, i was so disappointed with these earbuds, they' re really bad i bought them and returned right away, flat sound, no Bass, no volume, no H1 features, bad NC, def. not worth $150, i haven't tried the galaxy buds 2 yet but i tried the Buds Pro and it didn't impress me either, AirPods Pro are still the best for me.
Should of used a Samsung with the Galaxy Buds 2. ▪︎Wireless Charging is a necessity in 2022 I plan on Charging mine with my Samsung on the go. You can use a rubber band to keep the phone and Buds together and Charging in a bag.
For some reason I never get close to 4 1/2 hours of battery life with my iPod pros. I wish that samsung would update their ios app. I would buy those Samsung buds2.
I’ve had the Buds, Buds +, Buds Live and Pro and they are all very good but when I moved over to iOS I bought some AirPods Pro and they are just so much more balanced than any of Sammy’s offerings. The only sub £300 buds to come close are the Nothing Ear 1.

No matter how great a Samsung product is I will never trust them. I purchased the buds plus and those earbuds barely worked for me before a common factory defect kept occurring.
Beat actually has a very nice audio profile I am currently using the beat power box.. And yeah beats Don't do well with reverberation and high frequencies too sad to see thy haven't still changed that though...

AirPods Pro are the way to go. Yes, they are more expensive but I haven’t heard from anyone else who can beat it.
Weird, not only subjectively but also objectively, the airpod pros have a very high mids intensity. Little to no bass or high end as it emphasises vocals over everything. In my experience and also in the frequency graphs, the buds are more flat that means that nearly all aspects of the music have equal volume with the bass a litlle bumped up.
I think the comparison you have done is fine but Samsung buds do work better with Samsung phones.

Ty for doing a mic test! I've tried dozens of cheap BT headsets from Amazon that worked fine, the mic sucked on them and my wife got me airpod pro's and they work amazing. I heard the battery goes in these so I'll keep an eye on the galaxy buds
My questions is, did you use a Samsung device for the buds, cuz with other android devices the quality is not the same, I watched a video and they said that the quality is better with a Samsung device than with , for an example a google pixel 5, but that’s normal.

I love Samsung phones, but Galaxy Buds are trash. I ran back to my airpods pro 1 day after trying the galaxy buds pro.
Have the Buds 2 & AirPods Pro ... using them on iPhone 12 Pro. Picked up the Buds 2 on Friday, set them up on a Galaxy Tab (updated the firmware) then connected them to my iPhone. AirPods Pro would be my 1 and only...if only their sound was better but it isn't! Have to get out of Apple's Walled Garden for better audio. Sorry to all the apple fanboys but aside from their stellar hardware (most products) their audio needs to improve. Compared to some $60 EarFun earbuds - airpods are doodoo in terms of audio 🥴
Guys I have been saying this for a long time. Sammy is just crushing apple in terms of innovation, features and hardware. iOS is what keeps me on the iPhone

Personally for apple users AirPods pro are just too much of a complete package especially with the ecosystem intergration and additional upcoming software features with ios 15. The only major downside of airpods pro i feel is to a lesser extent their EQ plus the stem design and to a greater extent the fit else if all human ears were the same shape that fits them well and without falling(and both downsides are subjective it differs from person to person) it could be argued that airpods pro are “damn near perfect”. The beats studio buds made me realize this even more i like the stemless design but they watered them down abit too much to keep the pros looking special
In a world where the airpods pro work the same as they do on ios for both ios and android airpods pro kick ass even at the higher price tag

This is kind of off topic, but has anyone else had trouble finding Apple gift cards? I went to three different places this weekend and could not find any Apple gift cards. Are they rebranding? Is there a shortage due the pandemic and there being a shortage on everything? What is the deal?
I have the Beats Buds and I don't care what anyone says, they have replaced my Pros until the new ones come out. I wish they had device switching, but I only need them for the gym, so it's fine that they're paired to my phone. And I plug them in once a week. I can't say I really miss the wireless charging although that was convenient with the Pros. Only stuck up people will complain about the audio. Hearing is like taste buds. Everyone is different. Don't be a dick (not you, Max Tech, I've been attacked on other videos in the comments) about people's preferences. I love how the Beats Buds sound.
That said, don't buy the beats buds for the transparency or the NC. It sucks. They're cheap, effective ear buds until Apple releases a new accessory that doesn't shit the bed after a year.

Test the battery life. I'm not very happy with the buds 2. I'm thinking about sending them back. I like to sleep with one bud in and the low battery beeping wakes me up after 6 hours. My Buds plus battery life is still around 8 hours
I am gonna buy AirPods Pro but I am waiting for the AirPods 3. If they are great I am gonna buy it. I am gonna buy an AirPods Pro or 3 because Apple adds features in them every year just like how they added on the AirPods Pro with this year’s AirPods software.
I would suggest trying on different songs, adding some different flavors and adding each song a purpose. As someone with audiophile tendencies I cringe when I see lo-fi hip hop song with piano elements gets called “modern classical” plus that song can’t add anything you haven’t heard in the first song. Plus I don’t see how much you can make from that overcompressed rock tune.
I’d rather see one song for testing soundstage - maybe some live song ideally multi-member band.
Then something cleaner - modern classical with minimal production would be good choice
Then some cleaner rock tune for highs and mids
Something heavier and with fuller mix for distortion.
And some IDM or some sort of more complicated electronics that could give you possibility to run through ton of different sounds and ranges.
i don't know why most youtubers keep saying the Beats bus pro are great, i was so disappointed with these earbuds, they' re really bad i bought them and returned right away, flat sound, no Bass, no volume, no H1 features, bad NC, def. not worth $150, i haven't tried the galaxy buds 2 yet but i tried the Buds Pro and it didn't impress me either, AirPods Pro are still the best for me.

For some reason I never get close to 4 1/2 hours of battery life with my iPod pros. I wish that samsung would update their ios app. I would buy those Samsung buds2.

I’ve had the Buds, Buds +, Buds Live and Pro and they are all very good but when I moved over to iOS I bought some AirPods Pro and they are just so much more balanced than any of Sammy’s offerings. The only sub £300 buds to come close are the Nothing Ear 1.

No matter how great a Samsung product is I will never trust them. I purchased the buds plus and those earbuds barely worked for me before a common factory defect kept occurring.
