Excelente, muy bueno
Great tutorial Tony. I just love the blues. Get completely well soon and hang in there.
En primer lugar, transmitir mi alegría por la recuperación. Ya me gustaría a mi, cantar así; y agradecerte como siempre los videos tan instructivos e interesantes que nos regalas. Un abrazo y mucha fuerza Maestro Tony.
Hey, Get well soon, Sorry, I didn't watch the whole video at first. Great blues lesson. I still reckon Randy Newman "You've got a friend in me" is more positive. hehe!
I like that song! I'm going to try to cover it
Awesome info!
Great!!!
Muito bom !! Estou gostando muito muito
You have lovely singing voice
And by the way. All the best.
As informative as ever Tony. All the best from the UK
The hair stubble on your face actually helps your blues image for this video Tony😂
Ha, yeah it does!
Master.!!
Bravo
When first time I listened this song on a album Unplagged by Eric Clapton, i was amazed by playing of Chuck Leavell on the piano. Check it out. He’s playing blues stuff is unsurpassed.
Thanks I will. I like CL a lot
Chuck released a piano instruction DVD too
Perfect
Buenísimo tema ! Me gusta mucho ..
Great lesson, thanks very much. There is also a cool version-available on youtube-done by a very young Stevie Winwood.
Thank you so much for the music, Tony, despite Covid! You illuminate, you inspire, you serenade, and you rock!
I Love your bluesy fills!! Do you have them written anywhere that I could purchase?
Very good singing Maestro (voice and look, with that little beard, were just great...): I think you should add it to your repertoire, work out a killer solo and probably record it... and judging by comments general tone I'm not alone in feeling that way...as for myself, I will try and steal every note and any insight, as always 🎼😊. PS: didn't know you did Cov-19: glad it went just like mine (I had it maybe 3 of 4 times, by now 🙄... ). A great week to everybody 😊.
Sounds like the opposite of "You've got a friend in me" by Randy Newman
I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but you nailed it!
Singing very well Tony spite off having hat Covid, clearly was a year ago, anyway thanks for the video
was just studying that 1 chord to 4 and how you can use the diminished on the 4 diminished back to 1 "Joes Blues"
Hey Tony! Thanks for sharing that great tune and some sweet Ideas to play over it! Can you shortly explain why the F#° resolves so nicely to the C/G? it seems like a passing diminished insert chord but that would rather resolve to an G.. Thanks!
F# as a dominant chord (D7) would resolve to a G. I will have to consult the theory books for an answer but as a diminished chord, there are many ways it can be resolved.
Tony’s super Bad player! To the bone.
b-b-b-b-b-bad!
Que tal eres para el gospel? Eres muy buen pianista
Cost the RedSox the season
C major blues = A minor blues
Great blues lesson and love your singing. And you’re sicker than hell. Thank goodness you were vacinnated. Once again proof positive unvaccinated are spreading it and even vaccinated can get it. But you’re alive playing and teaching. Not intubated!!!!’
Get well soon Tony. Wear a mask whenever you are out and /or around people. Please!!!! Pardon me but the unvaccinated are out to kill us all.
And I’m selfish!! I sure like learning from you!!! My wife and I will probably wear masks forever. This ain’t goin’ away. There’s a title for a tune!
Bye for now. Wish you well
Bruce
Very good ... but keep those chords up there for a moment...at least first time
You can download or print them from the link in the description
Thank you ...
Tony, you have an excellent voice! You sing great!😉👌
