How to change Blower motor on Infiniti I35

This car is (for some reason) exactly the same as my EU Nissan Maxima. I did the same blower motor change. You really did professional work!

I have same car spent 300 on recharging ac with different verified mechanics found out ac won’t turn on unless I press auto and ac recycler within half a second then ac turn on somtimes thinking it’s this any idea?
