Ice cream is good for you and healthy if it's real ice cream and not carragenan garbage from the store. Heavy cream is actually incredibly healthy and calories are life. Yeah using less refined white sugar is always good but a bit of sugar in a dessert is nice as well. Muscles feed off sugar when not in ketosis, so you need a little ;)
