NOBODY wants to say what the power requirements are for VTOL! This is SO frustrating! Surely there exists some sort of reference guide for power to weight requirements for some sort of ‘VERTICAL’ approximation! -just get me in the ‘ballpark’ and I can take it from there with the rest of the variables!
yeh..with 0 speed wind/x-winds...ultralight sport class...requires more skill than winged craft..need constant forward motion (as helos)...safety first is professional😉👌🇩🇪🇦🇹🇺🇸🇬🇧🇨🇵🇨🇦🇸🇰🇮🇱😮

@@endtimeawakening5557 Gyrocopters are actually some of the safest aircraft due to being able to glide like an airplane and autorotate like a helicopter in case of a loss of power.

How much gas does it need and how far can you travel on a tank?
I flew with a heavier, two seated one, there the pilot said that it used about three gallons of gas per hour at about 90 mph.
