I just noticed that executions never get you back to full health (at least not tobasu) it seems if you do an exe and it puts you at full health the game makes you take a small amount of damage so that you're not at full health. kind of annoying tbh.

Maybe it's because of the headhunter perk? If the execution ends and you activate headhunter with it, seems logical that you are then not at full hp anymore, since you heal, then headhunter kicks in and you have that extra tiny amount of max health, which didn't get filled by the heal, because it activated after the finish on the exe aka the healing moment.
I have no evidence or anything for this, just seems like the only logical explanation, since i never had the issue of an exe healing me to full hp and then i'm not dull hp after.
