Great video! just one tip Never drive a wheel bolt directly with an impact wrench! Always thread it by hand a turn or two before going for it with the power tool. 90% of the time it will be okay, but the other 10% you will hate your existance :D
I'm not sure you guys understand this has variable trigger, meaning if you're just barely pressing it, there is no force and the slightest resistance will stall the motor. Meaning if you're not an idiot and using the trigger properly it physically cannot crossthread because it doesn't have the strength. Worse case scenario it turns like a quarter of a thread, get stuck, you reverse, and go back in and nothing happened.
@@imnota Still a no no in my book screw all the way by hand and then torque, be assured this guy does know about power tools with variable triggers, I do have one or two myself, you said it yourself it can get stuck on a thread, that's my point you would feel that was going to happen by hand, your way is definitely not my way.

Hi, thanks for the video 👍. I have Milwaukee and it is really a great, little tool. It is not cheap, but I don't regret a single PLN spent on it ;). But after what I saw, I am getting Parkside as well. Looks promissing.
I bought it recently and...I cannot recommend it. At least not for task like wheel changing. It can bearly losen wheel bolts in Opel Astra (so rather a small car). It really needs some time to do that, one can see that this task is a chalange for this tool (bolts tightened for 130Nm). I am using 4ah battery. In my opinion, it does not have the mentioned 300Nm. So for smaller tasks, why not, it is lightweith and small, but for bigger bolts it is better to look something with 18/20V. I have Milwaukee mentioned here in the video and few other 18V impact wrenches, Parkside is weakest of them all for sure, but also the cheapest. Maybe it is not a bad tool (cannot judge already as I only have it for a week now), but for sure it is not suitable for more demanding tasks.
I brought a parkside 20 v impact wrench and its brilliant. I didn't want one but needed a 20 v battery for my impact driver and couldn't get one anywhere. The whole wrench cost £49 with battery and charger. The battery alone is now £25 . I have several cordless impact wrenches and the parkside is the best one bar the mains one i have .
Bought the 3/8 and 1/2 Stubby kit. The 3/8 Actually hits harder than the 1/2 when I put a 3/8 to 1/2 adaptor so I mainly use the 3/8 for everything. I use a 6.0 and the newer 2.5 High Output torpedo battery. BTW the hammer mechanism on the Parkside is larger than the Milwaukee so it should have made more power 🤷♂️. Pretty sure if they drop a better brushless motor it would be a different story👍🏻

Luckily, we here in Ireland only get the junk from Lidl & seldom see even a hint of any of the "Performance" range of tools. Would we buy them? Yes we would. Do we get to? No we don't.
Ironically I see that the prototype was better built than the actual production version and probably more powerful as well. So that's what you've missed - to test them three against each other. Too bad you forgot too fast for the "first version", it was right there in your hands...
I see your point there, but the prototype will always be only a prototype - one or two pieces ever made. It won't hit the market. I do agree that it was/is more powerful.
Surprise surprise, manually machined one is better than mass production. Its kinds obvious, same stuff with cars and virtually any other thing in the World. You have to cut costs somewhere to mąkę bigger profit and so your product wont be lifetime so you can sell more

2:30 ... n00b. The highest reading is a Infrared Reflection because that shiny belt clip reflects infrared, that 33°C was probably your face or skin or something in the background.
Pretty cool. Do you get any insight into release dates for these tools you review? Historically, how long before release have you been provided them for review?
can you test the parkside in cold temperature? just place it in the fridge for an few hours and then test if it works on standard load. Lot of their tools don't work. I have the Performance Drill and I must to buy specific A/ B/ C version witch works correctly.
Здрасти, визуално предната метална част с ударния механизъм е идентична с 20 волтовия PDSSAP 20-Li, ако имаш и двете машини налични може ли да опиташ дали са взаимозаменяеми?
In my opinion, there is no point in testing on freshly installed wheel bolts. fresh screws are easiest to unscrew. you need to do a test after some time on screws that have had time to be in the socket longer
can the milwaukee impact mechanisam fit into the parkside?, if so (they look like they might just work togeter) could you test the working torque with the frankenstein machine? as if the bpm is the same, the parkside should hit just as hard as the wakee with the same mechanism (and the spring, andvil and hammer all look different, but same dimentionaly)
Здрасти колега!Виждам че имаш стенд за измерване на динамометрично усилие,та въпросът ми е ,може ли да ти изпратя 2 динамометрични ключа за проверка и евентуално калибриране?
Could I use the parkside as drill and screwdriver? I know it's not made for that but there are adaptors. What would be the problems of doing that vs a proper drill screwdriver? Thanks!
get an impact driver if you need it, it hammers down and left/right, impact wrench just impacts left or right, and the adapters will make you go mad over time... , and if you need a drill, get a drill, you can use a drill to screw down stuff, but impact drivers need special bits to drill as drill bits dont like being impacted
I plan to get this in a couple of weeks when it comes to my region. Do I need the 4/5Ah battery, or will it still have decent torque with the basic 2A one?
by now it is clear, that milwaukee uses same components (ike motors etc) as on parkside, this was already shown in lots of videos etc. they maybe build bigger hammer in head compartment and use less battery protections, that's about it. if you want quality, ergonomically designed, long lasting products, i would use other brands ( and i do) or just go with parkside, for probably less than half of money spent.
I have purchased Parkside products in the past, BUT!! mine would stop working just after the warranty has expired. Once had a Parkside table saw & it's motor burnt out with a big flash & lots of smoke, just before the warranty expired So got a refund.
With the milwokee, you tightened the screw much longer, then with a very hot parkside machine you could not loosen it and said that the parkside is weaker... This is not a proportionate test... not even a bit!!
