This is good if your area is not network congested. This device has 700mhz LTE which makes it possible to have a better signal if other bands do not reach your modem without antenna. Test your area for coverage and if area is congested with smart users. I am using this and works very well with me. I get around average speed of 16 to 20M and can reach up to 30M. I installed antenna port though as my area is far from cell sites. 700mhz LTE can reach farther places.

Based on my exp you can use this as temporary or emergency, only useful in terms of speed and multiple devices capability but not really reliable since too much data consumption my 1.5gb is only for 1day so it will cost you too much...mas okay pa din ang regular WIFI

It really depends on the area. Smart has better speeds overall (according to OpenSignal) but that all doesn't matter if coverage in your area is weak. In my case, I move around in areas where Smart has better coverage so I'm subbed to their postpaid plan.

Pldt is fastest I get around 36mbps on speedtest. On my globe naman only 4mbps. Globe is very slow
