I assumed that the clutches of the first gear have gone and I purchased the kit FRMMERCE12 to change all disks as a repair and preventative maintenance. I hope my drum is ok..... However, after seeing your videos, I doubt.... I am planning to take it apart in the upcoming days... Fingers crossed! :)

Excellent tutorial , here another case study , my A190 ,( 2000 , 208000 km , mileage ) , DTC 2534 - the hydraulic pressure at regulating valve 1/4 or 3 is too low ( incorrect clutch engaged ) , jerks even stronger when downshifting 3-2 , 2-1 , above ca. 80km/h jumps in F , engine stop and start goes again , when in D , R strange whirring sound kind of a loose mains transformer buzzing . too low oil pressure ? suspected oil pump ? Can you offer us some diagnostic procedures - oil pressure measuring , torque converter slippage / stall test , compressed air clutch test ? also oil level measuring tips .

When you say 'warm up the engine', how long do you mean to warm it up?? I warm mine maybe 1 minute, I blip the revs, and they drop down to about 700rpm, then I move off. More gently in the first few minutes. thanks
I send my A190 in for gearbox repair .. it came back leaking oil from top hose nut, and making a loud screeching noise when forward engaging , almost like a loose engine mount noise but it comes from the 1st drum that you replaced around that area .. Now the garage doesn’t want to take responsibility for their work . How do you remove the engine steps ? I need to search that video . From the ground with no hoist / lift.
Screeching noise after this job is either coming from the washer with 3 legs on the cover dropped out if it's place 28:58 or the washer underneath the bottom thrust bearing of the middle shaft 17:58 broke.

Hi brother I emailed you previously regarding leaking oil, the engine oil is completely leaking from the car and we are really worried, it is a B180 Mercedes B class 2010. My mechanic is saying it’s going to be a big job and a lot of money but we cannot afford a new car and were wondering if you had advice, thank you much appreciated

@@floorskleynhans56 you either drain it while out of the car or flush it several times. I haven't seen one with drain plug in this model

why did you not replace the gasket?
I replace it if it's damaged, but it's fine to use the old one if it's in good condition.

He said the seals need replacing? Not sure what he meant, the car is automatic. Thank you
