yes of course ... however know that u do create static so there's a possibility of shorting electrical components . if u really have to try use a ground band and connect to psu that plugged in that way your fully grounded and safe from any shorting ...cuz ut can happen... I've done it before no issues...but just know u can short stuff ...to be extra safe i would just do it on a table
