DBT, years ago, absolutely saved my life...and improved the quality of my life. Diary cards were a critical part for me in seeing exactly what skills I tried were helping or in some cases, doing harm. That was SO cool, because I could spot it immediately. So, the effective skills... you end up doing more, because you have evidence they work... & eventually it all becomes subconscious & just part of your day and internal framework. I like the ones where you just circle the skills. It is SO easy that way. & it's just one piece of paper for a whole week. Thanks, Dr. May! I think you are just amazing & it helps me so much to review now & then!

I'm so grateful you provide access to so many wonderful tools (without a paywall, which is a kindness you don't see everyday!). And, you explain everything so clearly.
