Yay! I've been hoping you'd review these! I saw them on the website just before Christmas and grabbed the Fig one as I love that note. I'm very impressed by the packaging the bottle. I paid 30 euros here in Greece/EU...As you said, verrrry well blended by Zara standards, different level- not alcohol-y or screechy at first like most of them are to me. My only negative (for me!) with this one is that it has a musk aura and musc is my least favorite note of all, nauseates me, it's not terrible but it's there. Overall, very refreshing and delightful.

Fragrances DO still have genders. There is nothing wrong with male, female and unisex scents. It is more about just letting whomever were whatever fragrance they want regardless of which gender it is made for. I wear all kinds myself.

I was very curious about this collection but wasn't able to find any really good reviews yet, so I really appreciate this video! Especially since there is no Zara near me to test fragrances in person, AND these fragrances are a bit more expensive, your reviews are so helpful. I am really intrigued by some of Zara's newest fragrances, like the new vanillas and infusion collection, so I can't WAIT for more of your reviews! Thanks again for the great content!❤❤

I agree that the perfumes in this collection are unique and not obvious, like other Zara perfumes. Yes, they develop and change in time and are pretty long lasting. My favourite is Petal d'Ambre and I agree it has masculine notes, I think it's the lavender. 😊 I think all of them are pretty unisex and the quality is reflected by the price. 😊

Romance d'Iris is such a beautiful fragrance. I love the powdery purple florals and the milkiness from the rice note. It's sublime.

Another perfume with rice is the new addition to the vanilla collection - Angelic Vanilla. I think it's quite similar to the Gleam of the Moon, however, it's hard to compare as Gleam is discontinued. They surely share a few notes.

I really love Romance d’Iris (aka Dior Bois D’Argent ou Chant de Camargue de L’Artisan Parfumeur), Balade de Figuier (alias Philosykos de Diptyque) and Brûlante Violette (Prada ?) !

Still haven't tried a single one of these (probably this weekend), but I did see that the new re-release of Leather Jardin was recently put in that bottle style. THAT fragrance is awesome.👌Ps, I think the newest Angelic Vanilla also has a rice accord if I'm not mistaken. 🍚 Might be one to check out.
I’m testing Angelic Vanilla as we speak and that review is coming up soon 😊 I missed out on previous Leather Jardin so I’m very curious about the new one! I’m not yet able to order it but the second I am it’s going in that cart!
@@ScentCity Shame that they doubled the price on LJ though. I have last year's 75 mL, so it's nice they brought it back up to 100, but it's still pretty steep for just a bottle change. Methinks Zara's plotting something for this year... 😂

@@ilonanowaszczuk2753 It's still called Leather Jardin and they had pics of it and another new fragrance in the same bottle on the Canadian website for a while before they got pulled. Not yet available for purchase, but it'll likely be back up soon. In the women's section of course.

Hi Annelies, how do you keep up with all of the Zara releases? I was looking to order a Starlight Vanilla bottle and then I noticed that it appears to be gone, but there's two new vanillas on their website already. They move so fast!
I check the website all the time, like obsessively 😅 zara perfumes come and go all the time, sometimes they re-release them so i just order new ones as soon as i can. Tje new vanillas are on their way to me!
@@ScentCity Haha, I feel like you kind of need to do that... especially with the sales in January they had different stuff in stock literally from one day to the next. I've also noticed with some you can put notifications on, but then others just come and go. Do you think they do that on purpose? Haha.

@@gregoryd5105I also feel like Zara knows when one won’t perform as well as others do they don’t make as many. I’ve noticed this with their Christmas editions. They usually only make them for the ones they plan on keeping around longer.
After seeing this review I went in my local Zara in Surrey UK today not got any of these in stock has anybody got hold of any.
I actually think they’re already terminating this line, I only see 3 of them on the website (last week it was still 4)

Jo Malone and Jo Loves perfumes are usually simple, this does not feel like Jo Malone to me. I bought balade de figuier as I loved the initial spay but 10 minutes later it smells like dirty ashtree :(. I loved some f 5:00
of the original collabs but range is not for me
I often get the ashtray smell with new bottles from Zara, my recommendation: spray it a few times and let it sit for a couple of weeks (3 weeks should be plenty, just spray it once or twice a week). All of my Zara fragrances that had this issue when I bought them were completely fine afterwards, for instance: for him, for him black edition, tender amber (although I still don’t really enjoy that one, it’s just not my style maybe, that’s what happens when you blind buy 😅)
