How do you know if the monolith can be zapped out or not with builder huts nearby?

you want to quake the builder huts first because they heal themselves before healing the adjacent buildings. another thing to note is that the battle builders heals the closest buildings first after healing themselves. there could be more to it but these 2 are the very least you should know imo.
anyway, i recommend checking out some of mammuth's video if you want to learn more about this strat. he has some pretty good tips in some of his captioned videos.
