I like your work out, but you are moving a little to fast in between one work out move to the next. Give beginners time to transition from one workout move to the next. Rember, most people at home don't have the same experience with working out as you do.
Would be great if you give an alternative for the last move of the burpee jump over. I am at home and do not have enough space to do that (might be the same for others). Other than that, great workout!

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
That was bruuuuuutal, Kat! I definitely had to sneak in some extra rests and modifications, but I still did it! If this was any other person's workout video, I would have laughed half way through and given up, but there is something about you and your videos that makes me want to finish and gives me the motivation to!!! So again, THANK YOU for all that you do!!! I would not be where I am in my fitness journey if it weren't for you

I did not think it was too bad until the burpees...I don't know how you did chest to floor burpees so fast, I could only get 10 reps in in the minute with no time to spare, it made the power snatches right after so hard b/c my heart was beating out of my chest & I was breathing SO hard through them & I tried to blaze through the tuck crunches just so I can get in a few extra seconds to get amped up for the burpees again! This was freakin' hard (I should've known...all your EMOM workouts are especially tough!), but I'm feeling really strong & proud right now (& I laughed & laughed when you suggested repeating the workout again - I think I've had my fill of chest to floor burpees for today!)!
This emom is definitely the most challenging of all your emom workouts but also my favorite 🙂 Love your CrossFit inspired workouts, they are the best on RUclips.

Don't know how, but I completed it! The burpees were definitely killer and had to walk those out coz they made me feel a bit sick and had to modify the push ups. My legs were shaking after the burpies and the snatches following right after those (with little rest) were tough. It was challenging! I usually head out for a run but did this instead and what a great, overall body workout!

I did this the morning after the 4th of July where I had too much food and too little sleep. I had to hit pause a few times but I finished it so that's all that matters!
Well I just did it and now I'm literally dripping sweat lol. Had to pause it a couple times too because of those burpees, but I did it. They kill so much. I understand why you're so drenched at the end now. Great workout though! Now that I sat to type this though I don't feel like moving for a while lol.
This was great! I'm training for a marathon, and I've been running a lot! I thought I was in pretty good shape, but man this kicked my butt! Thank you!

haven't trained in a few weeks, due to aggravating my lower back. Wow....this was tough. I managed the rounds, but the last set of burpees I did mountain climbers as I didn't want to get too sloppy and hurt my back. Great first workout back :)

My legs were shaking after the burpies and the snatches following right after those (with little rest) were tough. It was challenging! I usually head out for a run but did this instead and what a great, overall body workout!

Awsome workout!! I have found that it takes a lot for me to sweat, but burpee’s always do the trick!!
I did this the morning after the 4th of July where I had too much food and too little sleep. I had to hit pause a few times but I finished it so that's all that matters!

Well I just did it and now I'm literally dripping sweat lol. Had to pause it a couple times too because of those burpees, but I did it. They kill so much. I understand why you're so drenched at the end now. Great workout though! Now that I sat to type this though I don't feel like moving for a while lol.

haven't trained in a few weeks, due to aggravating my lower back. Wow....this was tough. I managed the rounds, but the last set of burpees I did mountain climbers as I didn't want to get too sloppy and hurt my back. Great first workout back :)

what a sweat fest!! This was m first EMOM workout and I am not sure that was the best idea lolol! I really enjoyed this even though I had to start doing half burpees on the last two rounds.
