I remember reading somewhere, decades ago, the 'dragon foot exercise' on a page in html format. Had something to do with bagua 64 palm and dim mak. First time I've seen any of those foot exercises performed by anyone other than myself.
Тhe thing is that I have been practicing judo since childhood. De ashi barai looks different, and here it will not work because: 1) the opponent is not out of balance; 2) there is no jerk with hands that could give acceleration to his body. That is, in the form shown here, this technique can't work. At all.
There is no sweep, there you need a hard low kick with the base of toe to the opponent's ankle or Achilles tendon. Only in this case, this movement can have some sense.
todas las artes marciales chinas se complementan con otros estilos teniendo en cuanta una principal, eso se hace desde siempre por eso dicen que ya existia el concepto de mma antes de la revolución cultural de china
Yes very effective but note the right palm(s) in the low kick

I have serious doubts about such a leg sweep... IMHO this man has no real practice. But the foot sealing is my favorite.

@@andymax1 There are NO sweeps in judo without a hands work, mate.
A very limited martial art.

I disagree. Bagua's footwork alone makes it more complete than most other Kung Fu styles
Это говорит только об одном ,что ты ни разу не скрещивал руки с Мастером БАГУАДЖАН , после чего сразу изменил бы своё мнение .
