Go to some area college and get in a free study program there as part of their courses. I'm sure they'd love that and you'd get free things. How about that league turns a profit first. What men's sports league got to run at a loss for a quarter of a century and stay existing?

It's a game, not a job. A leisure activity most of the population does after a day's work. $70,000 is quite awesome, for playing around a court.

They have to sell tickets to make more money- it’s as simple as that.
I read something in the last day or two where the WNBA wants to EXPAND the league and add new teams.
    🙄
I think they need to make sure they don’t screw up this CC situation first.
They need to make sure her home Indiana team makes money first, and then make sure her road games pay off, too.
I think the Indiana team averaged something like four or six thousand fans last year- no team will make money off that.
They also need to make sure this can last over time- but I think that’s up to the players.
CC has raised the bar- will everyone else (pro and college players) step up, too?
I still think the league won’t make it long-term until they can play more “above the rim,” and play faster.
It will be interesting to see. 🤷‍♂️

What wierd about women's basketball the college game is watchable lots of ball movement, running 🏃‍♂️ the court , some defense and some shooting in the paint. WNBA on the other hand is a complete bore to watch only uber tall player are drafted with zero ball handling skill but can shoot three point shots , walking 🚶‍♂️ back and forth .Stop freeze take a shot , zero defense 9 out of ten times shooting a air ball brick which is Ssssssslllllloooooowwwwly rebounded and back the other way. Which why WNBA is a slow motion low scoring Coma fests🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@raidernation9920 This is why I say it is a tough one because on 1 hand you have a league that shouldn't exist because it loses money and always has but on the other hand you will have 1 team that is going to turn a massive profit because of the addition of CC and her salary is laughable compared to her economic impact.

Don’t be a hater because she’s getting what she’s getting…you should thank your lucky starsEACH AND EVERY PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE, because now, you other players may get some monetary compensation that you WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN WITHOUT CAITLIN CLARK! Period!
