    Sorry to be negative here but, why wouldn't you get someone who has actually done cold crashing to do the video?

    Can I transfer from fermenter to a 1gal keg as a cold crash vehicle and cold crash for 24-48 hrs and then turn on CO2 to carbonate? Would doing so oxidize and ruin my beer?

    I cold crash every batch, more beer less trub, can't lose.
