The reason Kakyoin’s theme changed to Jotaro’s right as he dies at 3:35 is because he’s leaving the task of killing Dio up to Jotaro. He died in order to learn the secret of the world, all so Jotaro could finish the job. God damn heart breaking but also Phenomenal. Kakyoin a hero of pure emerald, someone who after only knowing Joseph for 50 days decided to help fight DIO even though he knew he most likely wouldn’t be the one to walk away. Kakyoin used a strategy that would have worked if not for DIOs stopping time, even when he knew he was dead he tried to alert Joseph of what ZA WARUDOs power was, but he died not knowing if Joseph would get his message. Noriaki Kakyoin was truly a Noble Pope.
Kakyoin may not have been the most well-written character but I will always remember the cherry-licking hero as the one to truly defeat DIO. Without him and his sacrifice, Jotaro likely would have lost.
I recently finished watching stardust crusaders and even though they had spoiled kakyoin's death I almost cried it was the most affection I had for him in the series, I hadn't felt so much sadness for a jojo's character since ceasar's death.

That milf hunter even died for them and instead of complaining he used his last seconds to think which ability Dio has and even used 1 last emerald splash (which also was the last second of his life) to tell them his power.
I love that after the kakyoin death scene the music goes to jotaro signaling to him to finish the job that the entire group started.Truly a masterpiece

My Mom is binging Jojo, and we're on part 3 so far and she loves Kakyoin. 😭 Noooo, I don't want her to know he gets donuted. Edit: Sorry for not staying up to date, but after she saw him die, she cried. And told me that he was the smartest jobro. Were currently finishing golden wind. Edit-edit: We've finished Golden Wind and Stone Ocean, she loved both parts. Part's 3 and 5 are her favorites. I'll be sure to play this song to her since he's her favorite character.
Truly my favorite jobro. It's only a shame he couldn't get that many fights. His final moments showed how regal he truly was. Rather than focus on himself and the pain he was feeling, he focused on how he could help his teammates in his last moments. Rest In Peace, Noble Hierophant.
Personally I think this is the best Jojo theme remix you've ever done, the emotional part after the climax just suddenly flips the feelings in this music in an instant... It's not just an epic mix, it's as if the music is showing the story of Kakyoin's Egypt trip and his life.
I feel like if JJBA ever had an Endgame avengers assemble moment against DIO then this would be playing when all the stand users and stands of the past and future are summoned

The Jotaro's theme at the end is a great touch. Jotaro's theme means victorious, inserting it at the very end, the most sad and heroic part means that Kakyion's sacrifice hinted Dio's true ability and lead the rest to victory, but the heavy tone of it also shows that Kakyoin has reached his final breath. As the midnight clocktower destroyed, the last emerald splash blossoms. with his life, Kakyoin ignited hope toward that impossible victory, the first note of the final song, the fight that ends Dio's terror forever. for that moment, I saw the golden spirit that was not inferior to any other hero.
I remember listening to this all day for weeks when this came out. kakyoin is by far one of the best jojo characters and one of my favourites overall. I just love him so much :(

Great place for an Attack on Titan reference. While reading the manga I play a playlist of AoT soundtrack songs in the background, but also snuck this song into the playlist as well. Made things just as epic as any of the actual AoT songs themselves!

Plot : Part 6 end. Jotaro realising he's gonna die but Pucci gets hit by something out of nowhere and this theme starts playing Jotaro turns back and sees Kakyoin, Polnereff and Avdol standing there.
Personally, Kakyoin's theme is my favourite, and Kakyoin's loneliness resonated with me. I have people and friends around me, but have felt true connection only between few of them.
After four months I can say with confidence, this is still the most brilliant cover I have listened to. In your veins flows joestar infused blood good sir.

Personally I think this is the best Jojo theme remix you've ever done, the emotional part after the climax just suddenly flips the feelings in this music in an instant... It's not just an epic mix, it's as if the music is showing the story of Kakyoin's Egypt trip and his life.

The Jotaro's theme at the end is a great touch.
Jotaro's theme means victorious, inserting it at the very end, the most sad and heroic part means that Kakyion's sacrifice hinted Dio's true ability and lead the rest to victory, but the heavy tone of it also shows that Kakyoin has reached his final breath.
As the midnight clocktower destroyed, the last emerald splash blossoms. with his life, Kakyoin ignited hope toward that impossible victory, the first note of the final song, the fight that ends Dio's terror forever.
for that moment, I saw the golden spirit that was not inferior to any other hero.

Personally, Kakyoin's theme is my favourite, and Kakyoin's loneliness resonated with me. I have people and friends around me, but have felt true connection only between few of them.
