i doubt so, 54k revolution dosent have that sound, looks more like under 3500 rpm.

your absolutely correct, I was thinking the same thing. I have a lot of experience with high speed rotors. He is holding random readings, the meter is probably jumping all over the place because the meter doesn't have a good reflective surface like the reflective tape they give with all the tachometers.
