In this week's cozy autumn soundscape you're hanging out in a witch's kitchen as she makes pumpkin pies and autumnal cakes! The witch who lives in this house is named Irma Ingles, and she's 323 years old. Irma is quite heavy-handed with cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg in her recipes, so her pies and cakes aren't for everyone. In this ambience you'll see random things float across the screen (pumpkin pie, pumpkin pie spice, and recipe pages); Irma does this with a simple summoning incantation. In the lower right corner you'll see Irma's fluffy white rabbit, Gertrude. Who says all witch's must have cats? Irma much prefers rabbits, thankyouverymuch!

I really like this cozy witches kitchen, but it sounds like whatever is in that pot is getting thick and needs stirred. Flying ointment won't work if the eye of newt is scorched.

This looks like it was created in Second Life! I had a very similar home 🤣🤣🤣 but it was so time consuming to decorate plus managing that horrific inventory.

Amber, your comment is so thoughtful-thank you! Making these videos is definitely a great creative outlet. I started making them because I found *ASMR Rooms* and loved her videos so much; they were perfect background noise for writing. I had no idea how to make such videos, though, so I never rally thought about it. Then the CEO of the company I work for (I work in marketing) asked me to hire a video editor, and I thought, "I should learn to edit myself instead." So I learned how to use Final Cut Pro X to edit my own videos, and moved on to making these types of ambience videos. It's been such a great creative outlet, which is something I've always needed in life. Maybe one day you'll make videos like this. It takes patience and time to learn, but it's worth it!

My first thought when I saw the rabbit was "Aw, the witch who works in this kitchen can't be evil if she keeps a cute little bunny around."
Then it crossed my mind "What if that rabbit was originally a person?" lol
I don't know how you did it but you made me fall in love with that bubbling sound! I imagine brewing potions or some good meal, tasty sauce, whatever... It's mesmerizing.

omg this room is insane I can't stand it - it's so chock full of goodness I could scream! and those bubbles!!! omg..
it sounds very cousy but the footsteps and other random sounds should be taken out. Also the general boiling sound sounds a bit mechanic and ear scratchy, also a bit fast. (as for using this as a sleeping ambience video)

Hilariously, this ambience reminds me of my in-laws kitchen! No, not because they're witches, but because there is always something bubbling on the stove, there are pies and jam jars and baskets and tchotchkes everywhere. I love this video - I'm bewitched!
