I thought this was in season 1. Season 2 episode 1 was Bradford going to the hospital
@ Then there was a timejump.
The way Officer Nolan changed his face expression tells it all😂
First time im 1k th like
Thats why he’s a future boss i see him having the seargent rank like tim and it ending with tim as the captain maybe nolan right under him being groomed to take over or nolan as a detective under harper maybe becoming her partner
@@mikehance6086Lopez is her partner. I think it’s more likely that Tim will eventually take over as Captain with Chen or Nolan being the Watch Commander
Kinda reminds me of when I took a state test years ago back when my parents and I still lived in upstate NY, in the hopes that it would help me land a state job. When I got the results, I was legitimately confused as I did not expect the score I got. My parents also thought that I didn't take the test seriously since I finished the test in half of the allotted time. I still remember looking at the score and then looking at my mom in genuine confusion when I said: *"One hundred?"* I'd somehow gotten a nearly perfect score (for some reason that test's best possible results were _slightly_ higher than 100 [I think the highest possible score was something like 105], so a score of 100 wasn't _perfect_ but it was _very_ close). I still remember my mom immediately giving me a huge hug when I told her the results.
I'd expected a good score (somewhere in the 90s for instance) but not a nearly perfect score of 100! XD
@@mikehance6086I hope he does end up a high rank like that, He’s the main character after all
Tim looks so proud when Lucy got the 91😂😅❤❤❤❤❤❤
Which has little To do with Tim in the grand scheme of things
@@lowkeylokii4205fr
But he gave her sh!t the whole day. It's almost like he does not believe himself as a TO
@@josephgitau5000nah it was cuz he was upset about her lying on a report that she said was to “protect” him.
But didn’t Nolan get higher?
As someone, who worked in law enforcement, among all of the rookies from the whole show Nolan is the best for me. He has confidence, empathy, intelligence, good communication skills, kindness but at the same time he proved he won’t hesitate to pull the trigger if he is required to do so. But the greatest among all of these is his experience, you can’t learn that from the books. Second favorite to me is Chen she is almost like Nolan in something even better, (e.g. undercover work) but she needs just a little bit more of experience and self-confidence. Nolan is the perfect guy to work patrol and be a TO, Chen is skilled enough to make detective or to make her way from police to DEA or DHS, for example.
I agree with that cop wise but I think off duty Lucy is my favourite
I mean he is 40 years old, and the first episode will always be my favourite because it shows him talking down a criminal from doing a robbery on a small bank. He wasn't a cop during that too
and he would have had his brain blown out by the criminal if the cops didn't arrive at that second lol
What law enforcement department do u work for? The Gestapo?
As someone who has only watched the clips on YT shorts, I'll agree with your statement and viewpoint.
I love how proud Tim looks
A bit of a hidden detail here is Chen’s lack of inner faith. She said she thought she had the 91, but Sgt Grey said no one submitted a correct guess. That means she guessed either 97 or 81, and with how nervous and pessimistic she was walking in I can’t imagine she’d have guessed 97, meaning she was actually banking on herself to have done the worst
Aren’t they guessing everyone’s scores? I thought the implication was that they all thought Jackson had the highest score
You missed a key piece to remember. Lucy said it, both she and Nolan both thought they got the 91. And they both figured West got the 97, leaving the 81 for the other. Grey said no one guessed correctly. My guess:
West predicted himself the 97, Lucy Chen the 91 and Nolan the 81.
Nolan predicted himself the 91, Lucy the 81 and West the 97.
Lucy predicted herself the 91, West the 97 and Nolan the 81.
@____David No, it’s not in this club but earlier in the episode Grey told them to all message him what they think they got, as in predict their own score
@markraymond101 or I didn’t miss any info, and earlier in this episode (not in this clip) Grey asked them to predict their own score, not all 3 scores
They all assumed that the kid who's daddy works in the IA would have scored highest. It's like if your mom was your math teacher everyone would assume you'd get straight a's so it's not that deep
The proud look on Tim's face when his boo got the 91
Boot
@@KXNGBANNXXOFFICIAL no it’s boo
Yes I know it’s actually “boot” but because of chenford it’s “boo”m😂
@@Lavender_sage-3 exactly right
Well Nolan is academically and intelligently good. He has good intuition but slow and kind
Slow is better. Every single professional shooter will tell you that slow and accurate is better than fast. Fast is inaccurate fast will miss, fast will get you killed by standing on a tripwire
He's the oldest, but as the saying goes: "With age comes wisdom." So even as a Rookie, Nolan has gained quite a bit of wisdom over the years both from his time as a cop and from before he became a cop, and this is why he's often a source of good advice. This is also why he'd make a great TO. He doesn't really have much of an ego, so he won't have any issues about sharing his own mistakes with those he is in charge of teaching as a TO, and giving them advice on how to avoid making the same mistakes. For instance, Nolan could be one of the few TOs to actively encourage his Rookies to trust Internal Affairs if they ever get into some sort of trouble.
😊love when this show gives Nolan the credit he deserves. He’s smarter then most take him for.
He's also one of the wisest officers. He comes up with some really clever ideas, and he's not afraid to put himself in the line of fire to catch the bad guy or protect civilians. He's easily one of the most selfless members of that unit.
“Uh oh, looks like Gray broke your rookie” is hilarious 😂😂😂
Her rookie got shot and died 😂😂😂
Tim looked so proud of Lucy, it warmed my heart a little.
Chen is getting destroyed by Tim daily. So she knows everything by heart
Nolan has a cold and logical teacher. Perfect to learn everything right
West has a hard looking but actually soft in the heart teacher. So this makes sense.
81 is tanking test score? Were going to asia for this one boys.
I think they need to achieve 80 points to pass the test and 81 is barely past the requirement which in their spectrum is a bad score
in the show (not sure about real life cuz im not a cop), grey says any score below an 80 is a fail
80 is the failing score in the PD
Only knowing 81% of your job isn’t exactly a good thing, especially for cops.
@@Kanders190pretty sure lots of cops dont know half the stuff they should that's why some make up laws on the spot
Nolan could be kinda slow but his experience and grit actually gave him a big advantage over the other two
Kinda like when a young wolf challenges an older Alpha for dominance of the pack. The younger wolf would have more energy and stamina, but the older wolf would be wiser and know to conserve his energy until the youngster wore himself out, and then the Alpha would strike when the younger wolf was exhausted. The older wolf may not have the energy or stamina of the younger wolf, but he knows how to make what stamina and energy he has count rather than waste it unnecessarily.
And while the saying may not fit perfectly here, it still valid to a degree: *"Fear the old man in a profession where men die young."*
Just gotta love Tim. He’s so tough but inside he has some chill/cool guy inside of him. I love the way he teases Lopez 😂
The way Tim Bradford slightly nodded his head and smiled just a little bit when Lucy got the 91❤
"Looks like somebody's stressed about the test scores"
*proceeds to get the lowest score*
I like how they made nolan acing tests a regular thing
Looks like grey broke your rookie got me rolling 😂
i feel bad for lopez lowkey.. she is a good TO
I'm only a few episodes in but I completely disagree. She saw west freeze in a life or death situation and didn't document or report it, sent him out with another officer where he froze again and almost got the other officer killed.
Then a fee episodes later she illegally manipulates a misdemeanor into a felony, then tells West to lie on his report to corroborate her lie, then when he says he isn't comfortable lying she holds over his head how she didn't out him for freezing to pressure him into lying for her.
She is a bad cop 😂
@@vidar188 Agreed on all that. I just hope the guy was able to get off on that BS. It's made to look good, because the guy was a douche, but no way should cops be illegally upping crimes to higher charges.
Also, I know they explained it as Lopez saying West's dad would be all over them if his son failed, but then that would mean West's dad was a bad cop too if he was.
West does get over it all, and Lopez does say she was done giving him chances, and after that he doesn't freeze up.
@@vidar188 i see your point. but i still think she isnt nominated a TO for nothing. gray and anderson have shown that they are quite strict about the quality of the police force that they have: if lopez wasnt good enough she'd be fired.
you have a point though, and i dont disagree with those but i think if you look further into the seasons she teaches him a lot about relaxing a bit as you know west is very upright because of his father. so maybe she isnt the best, but shes good for him in a way.
No, she's not. She means well, yes. But everything she's done has actually been to the detriment of West, rather than his benefit. So she's simply not suited to the role of TO.
Proud tim moment
Never underestimate the underdog. The one person who everyone automatically dismisses will always fight the hardest to beat the odds and prove their worth.
I love Nolan, when he thought he had the losest score he didn’t look worried. When he found out Jackson had the lowest score he looked like he found out he was shot
I just love Tims smirk a bit toooo much....
West's smile fades as he knows his fate 😭
Nathan nailed that expression 😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Reminder that Nolan was going to be a lawyer, but had to drop out of law school due to an underage pregnancy
The way tim smiled. ❤
I love how confident and happy West was literally right up until Grey said Nolan got the highest score. You can even see him crack a small smile when Grey says Chen gets the 91. West without a doubt was actually the worst cop out of all of them and if it wasn’t for Lopez he would’ve been out on ep. 1. I don’t get why so many people like him I can’t bear him.
Uh oh grey broke your rookie got me dyin 😂😂
Where Tim says to Angela, “Uh Oh, looks like Grey broke your rookie” I was dying 😂😂 west deserves to get transferred or kicked out
How?
Well I guess you aren't the only one dying over it
I watched the Show so I'm confused why
bro why🧍♀️he was a nice guy and loyal to the end, he died trying to save lopez
@@Cat-kb7tp West wasn’t loyal, he’s a coward that froze up twice, and lied about an OIS, he really is shameful
Tim's terse nod and tight smile at Lucy's 91 :D
I started crying for the rest of the episode when he died 😢
Nolan’s face when he got the 97 went from:
😁 to 😬
MISS JACKSON WEST😭😭😭😭😭😭
Tim ... looks like Grey Broke Your Rookie 😂😂
I saw something here. He's a good person but not a good cop. There were many moments throughout the show that Jackson did that made him a bad cop. Getting egotistical and nearly injuring a civilian. Going on the redcarpet. We get that but to assume that he knew everything and trained from his dad, he's have known that already. There were so many other moments. But he was a good person. Who had daddy issues. And I wish we saw his reaction when Jackson died.
If Chen thinks she got the 91, did she not guess 91 to Grey? How did she guess wrong?
Look's like Grey broke your rookie 😂😂
Tim standing like a proud dad
still dont understand why chen said "sorry nolan" when they were told that everyone guessed wrong. When she came to know she got 91, she should have guessed that Nolan got the highest because everyone assumed that west was the one who got 97
Nolan getting the highest.... Guess the credit goes to officer Nyla
Wasn't Talia Bishop his TO that time?
Yeah, up until this episode it had all been Ofc. Bishop. This was the very episode where they introduced Det. Harper.
81 is taking the test. Even my folks would've been happy with an 81😅
The worst thing about getting low on a test is when u thought u did well.
Lucy try to humiliate Nolan but then she change her expression when Nolan had the high score
I’m quite sure the expression was actually for Jackson, the moment Nolan’s score was revealed her experience changes and she turns to Jackson
Because everybody kissed West's ass. It's sad
I mean it does make sence. "Old Man" Nolan who basically nobody believes should be there has something to proof and thouse puts in the extra effort.
Jackson on the other hand, born in a Police Family, born to be a Police Officer with the Golden Police spoon in his mouth.
Let him self slip up thinking hes got it in the bag.
Brooke you rooke 😂😂😂😂
That's a great brookie rookie
Jackson got traumatized by that moment
The fact that neither one of them expected Mr raised by a cop to be the lowest so they both were worried for one another 😂
Tim looks like he needs a bucket of popcorn
I can't believe officer west was the bay harbor test flunker
Bruh😂😂😂😂 Did NOT expect to see a twist on that here! 😂
Not Chen pointing to Nolan ❤😭❤️😭
I love how proud tim looked when lucy got a 91
West’s face is literally me when I got a low score from English 😅
HE SAID THE THING!
Rip West he didn’t deserve to die
bro said grey broke ur rookie 😂😂😂😂
Tim really underestimated Nolan.
not sure why half of these comments are saying they’re glad that someone died (even a character) bc they barely passed a test like genuinely wtf
by that logic i’d be dead

I felt so bad for Jackson in this scene but I was rooting for Nolan
Man I miss Jackson
Uh oh look like grey broke your rookie-Bradford 💀💀💀💀💀💀
Congratulations Nolan big fan from India
Is there a reason we aren't on the wargrowl from ex-3? It feels like we would have an easier time getting out takato rather than paying retail with memory. Also sets up some easier rush guil plays aside from scramble.
It doesn't make sense Lucy said that they both thought that they got the 91 but Sergeant gray said that none of them were right
Good morning.
What’s good about it?! 😂
I miss Jackson bro
Imagine if they were actually placing bets. Man would i love to know what odds they were giving. And whoever place their bet on Nolan, they would've cleaned up.😂
I don't know about police exams, but an 81 is like a C+ at worst if it's out of 100.
Where can I watch it’s not on Netflix
hi everyone .. where can i watch this? 😅becoz I can't find it in RUclips .. I've been trying and searching for it where to watch especially when i watched the short movies in RUclips😅
I'll never get over how dirty the did Jackson's character

I really hate West. They played him to be a very arrogant and obnoxious rookie. So when I saw he got the lowest score, I was thrilled
Man, I miss West
I still think it's crazy. If both Nolan and Chen think they got the 91. And Chen did. How were all of them wrong while guessing?
I MISS JACKSON OMGG
While I cant share the test scores from my insurance agents, I do track them and make promotions/raises based on those scores. Everyone at my work knows this, which makes them very keen to keep their paychecks private.

Why are cops doing homework?
Would an actual police dept do this? Discuss rookie test scores openly to such a degree? Or do we just chalk it up to "it's a tv show"?
