I am not surprised that Nick can cook blindfold When I used to play the piano. With songs I play all the time I can do them blind fold as well . When you do it so much your body creates muscle memory that you don’t even realize you have it all memorized without knowing it ! The fact he can cook blindfold just shows how passion he is about cooking and he cooks so much it just turns natural
