You dont have to run ADB to change animation scale . There is a APK out that changes this for you . And the nice thing about the apk is you can change it to whatever scale you want with a couple of clicks .Also another thing to mention is if you use mouse toggle you cant set the animation scale to 0 otherwise it will throw off the mouse speed in silk browser and some other apps .
I have had Downloader for years but not used it for a long time. When I try and use it now the cursor jumps from the top of the page to the bottom or from the left to the right and vice versa. I have uninstalled it multiple times, cleared the cache etc and same result every time. This appears to have happened after I followed these instructions but don't know if they are linked.

If you have changed the cursor animation speed this will cause this, also I think TDUK’S speed up tool also causes this issue.

Tried both localhost and firestick IP it's stuck at connecting
Please try restarting your stick and try again.
Didn't work but I installed the app on my phone and connected the firestick and put all the settings. It works like a charm.
