From my understanding, the Comfort 220 is a Marantec brand operator offered in Europe. They are similar to the US versions we have here but there are differences, especially the radio frequency that the remote/radio receiver use. So you'll need to find the appropriate compatible Marantec remote for your country first. Once you get a new remote then you can program it into the operator (which will knock the code of the lost remote out of the memory so it will no longer function with your operator). The programming instructions in this video may not be applicable to the Comfort 220. - Brian
