In todays Resin Art video I try to recreate one of my most iconic pieces of resin art!
This piece has been seen by Millions of people and I have tried many times to get this same look on and off for over 2 years!
I often think and study this piece on ways to get it exactly the same, but fail every time! Can I get it this time?!

@@daniel..cooper I haven't had a lot of crafting time but it arrived very quickly, she is beautiful and I did give her a little try with a mold brushed with mica and some heavily mica dosed uv and she worked like a charm.. The only thing that I have to remember is that she doesn't remember my last wattage and defaults back to 6 upon turning on but now we know.. 😉 I have your collab resin and the marabu alcohol ink so now I want to give these a try.. How about that for a first ever petri?? 😜 😂 💕 you inspire us all! Thanks for sharing your magic! 💕

@cindywalker6872 Yay, yes, the settings thing is a safety precaution I think, it reverts back to lowest power after turning the powers switch off, you will get used to it, I'm naughty and just keep mine in standby whilst in the studio, it doesn't drain much power that I have noticed 😁 That way, I don't have to keep ramping the wattage up. Yes.... totally try this! 😍🤩
Omg! When you "gave up" I screamed at my TV, "No Daniel, you got it just use different colors!" Then you came back on and I was so excited! That last one was amazing!!! Thanks for the tip with the stir stick too!

I think they all turned out beautiful! And the plus side to doing galaxies is that real galaxies come in all shapes and colors, so no one can tell you its wrong lol! Love your work, and the effort you put in to these experiments!

They were all beautiful in their own way. I love seeing both options for creating these galaxy pieces. To see them in small & large cabochons shows that you can create these pieces to make jewellery pieces for earrings but also for jewellery that the younger generations can wear as well as us “grown ups”. I don’t think this will be the last video on galaxies because one day you will be playing around & videoing & you will create an exceptional piece that you will want to share (I hope) with everyone, even if it’s not a planned channel video.
