Thanks for the tip.!!.I would add that whenever I do such work on my 206 SW ,I use the chance of easy access to check & clean up a bit ,grease & de-grease some parts ,and a quick anti rust spray on those battery trays before re-installing..just did the transmission oil change on mine so took the battery off for oil refiller access..
For my Peugeot 206. The nut I need to remove is on the underside of the batter tray on the left hand side with a long rod sticking out of it (that requires a 7mm socket to place over it - that I already have. It's getting to the underside that's a pain)
Thanks for the tutorial! I have a problem with my 206: sometimes while I'm driving and I change gear (for example I engage 4th or 2nd) the rear light comes on for a few seconds. I noticed this because I set the radio to mute when it detects reverse gear. Could it be a faulty bulb or could it be another problem?
It's completely unnecessary to work so much! You have to remove the air pipe from the air filter housing, and you can access it, you need a 22 long socket wrench, the replacement takes 2 minutes!!!!

Good portrayal of how to do it in SOHC engine. I have a DOHC engine and it is a bit different

Hello, I wonder if the car in this video is a Peugout 206 automatic transmission
Hello, do you mean changing the reverse light, you mean when going back when you put R?? thank you
Yes. The switch that activates the white light at the rear of the car as you drive backwards
@@screwsnutsandbolts Thank you for your good and useful market and commercial information. Keep it up and don't stop. Hey Rose
Thaks for understandable tutorial, but it’s not necessary to open tray
You're welcome. It can probably be done without removing the tray but it is harder to demonstrate clearly.
Thank you so much!!!
You're welcome!

Automatic or manual transmission ?
Es automatica la transmisión
The transmission in the video is manual. I think it's different on an automatic transmission
I do that job for 1-min replacing switch
