I still use the original Majin Vegeta on occasion. Why? Because revival characters are fcking annoying sometimes and I just don't like putting up with it. Mf was the only thing keeping me sane in the days of Golden Frieza and was just a nice fck it button to deal with Gohan and Nappa in the Saiyan Saga campaign. Self destructions also deal fixed damage so you can just wipe out every problem you have with him with a little luck and/or set up except for Barku and Omega because of Indestructible. That's not to say he's good as a unit, he's pretty shitty outside of a kamikaze mission these days, but he has moments with that.
