25 Year Time Capsule Video from 1999

In 1999 the HOT Team Chairman's team put together a Chairman's Video and Time Capsule that they gave to FIRST to be opened in 2024. We opened the time capsule at the World Championship in Houston in 2024. This was the video that was included in the time capsule.
