- Mike plays Mike! Check out Mr. Bitts’s rig rundown and all things Rutherford - double necked guitars, alternate tuned 12-strings, and the Moog Taurus!
Thanks for including the Cinema Show part. i was one of those desperate people begging for a demonstration.
Mike Bitts! He does all the Mike bits! 😆 Thanks again Matt, these are a treat! I have tried to figure out what's happening in that Cinema Show intro for ages...Makes so much sense that it's an alternate tuning! Thanks for showing that, Mike.
Great video guys! - Stay healthy! Brent
Always wanted to see one of these shergolds more up close in a video. Thanks
Always bringing us interesting and fun rundowns, thanks Matt!!
This is incredibly interesting guys. Thank you for showing us all this.
Someone can correct me but I think you guys are the only ones running through all of this for your public.
Love my 12 string, nothing like it.
Thank you
Very cool! thanks for doing this
love it!
Awesome! That double neck is awesome, do you know how much it weighs? I have a chinese rickenbacker double neck copy that is 16 pounds! I'm also surprised at how streamlined the rig is, but Rutherford never messed around with effects too much, he was just a great player! Thank you Matt for these videos, it's awesome that you found a group of guys who are so passionate about the music and seem like very nice easy going people!
I don’t know how much it weighs, but it is thick and heavy!
The only thing Mike used consistently was an EHX screaming bird for his treble pickup. Other than that it was straight guitar or bass until he got into fuzz for a while.
Mike Bitts from Innocence Mission?
That is he!
Une doubleneck MF, 😮
C'est du sérieux.
